Our penthouse flat impresses with a 20 sqm roof terrace where you can enjoy the shipping traffic on the North Sea as well as sunsets. The light-flooded, modernly equipped flat is located on the 4th floor above the roofs of Schillig. A lift is available
The flat is 70 sqm, has a bedroom and a living/dining area. It is designed for 2 persons. There is the possibility to add a cot for a small child.
In summer, you can enjoy a cool drink and watch the kite surfers. The flat has a side sea view.
In the cold winter days, the wood-burning stove makes the flat your oasis of well-being.
A beach chair is available for you free of charge on the beach.
The flat is equipped with 2 TVs and a Blue-Ray player. Free W - LAN available.
The flat is equipped with a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, egg boiler, toaster, kettle, new dishes and glasses. Board games are available.

The accommodation is located in the North Sea resort Friesland Mellumweg - Inselstrasse, Schillig.
There is only the dyke between the flat house and the beach. The bathing beach is 200 m away.
Shopping facilities, street cafés and restaurants are in the direct vicinity and are no further than 200 m away.
The adventure playground and surf school are also just a stone's throw away from our flat
Schillig is a quiet, small but fine seaside resort directly on the North Sea
Due to its special location, you will find the same stimulating climate here as on the East Frisian islands.
With its long sandy beach sloping gently into the sea, Schillig is ideal for a holiday with the whole family.
Children will find ideal conditions for building castles or splashing around in knee-deep water. The adventure playground located directly on the beach also invites you to play.
Those who prefer a more tranquil setting can rent a beach chair or find "their" spot in the extensive dunes and enjoy the view of the wide open sea.
Mudflat walks, cycling or kiting and surfing round off the offer for an eventful holiday.

Clear recommendation
We spent a week in this flat, we had already stayed in one of the penthouse flats before, so we were already familiar with the house. The flat is very nicely furnished, great size and we didn't miss anything in terms of equipment. We especially like the location, because you are directly on the beach within a few minutes' walk - as far as the surroundings are concerned, of course you have to consider the seasonal times, restaurants within walking distance close for the most part during the winter, but that doesn't bother us. The only negative thing was, and this doesn't even concern the flat, but the service, in our laundry packages two of four towels were clearly torn and in our opinion this shouldn't be the case. We would book this flat again at any time.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm und sehr schön. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt.
Eine persönliche Anmerkung: Der Ofen wäre m.E nicht nötig. Bei starkem Wind macht er ordentlich Lärm.
