Description
The semi-detached house, renovated for you in 2022, has a spacious, bright living room, equipped with leather couch and armchair, 43" HD Smart-TV, radio, DSL internet available via W-LAN, dining table and a modern, fully equipped open kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge & freezer, filter coffee machine, kettle,
Toaster, pots, crockery, glasses & cutlery).
On cold evenings, a wood-burning stove provides cosiness.
In the basement you can use your own personal Finnish sauna (for 4 persons) with a separate shower
with a separate shower. There is a vending machine at the sauna,
which would like 6 x 1 € pieces per hour from you.
The guest toilet is on the ground floor.
On the first floor you will find the large bedroom with a
Comfort double bed ( 1,80 x 2,00 ) and a large wardrobe,

Via a staircase you reach the attic, which is equipped with

Our holiday home "Ostseeblau" has three holiday flats and is located in a small, exclusive holiday & residential complex with 8 reed houses not far from the village's own beach access to the Baltic Sea. Nestled between the blue Baltic Sea and the "Kühlung" nature reserve, the Baltic Sea community of Wittenbeck presents itself as a tranquil holiday resort for the whole family. It is a place with many opportunities for leisure activities and is close to the Baltic Sea beach. The marina of the Baltic resort of Kühlungsborn is only 8 minutes away by bike.
The Baltic Sea coast near Kühlungsborn enchants its guests with a wonderful sandy beach, numerous restored villas with spa architecture and Germany's longest sea promenade. The maritime marina with its many boutiques, cafés and restaurants is just a few minutes by bike from our holiday home in Wittenbeck, as is the 240-metre-long pier
By bike you can be at the Baltic Sea beach, in the adjacent forest areas or at the "Adlon Golf & Country Club" with its 18-hole championship course in 5 minutes. The stop of the "Molli" bathing train is within walking distance, with which you can also easily explore the beautiful surroundings as far as Bad Doberan.
The excellent transport links with the A20 motorway via Berlin or Hamburg make this piece of the EAST SEA COAST ideal for a relaxing and eventful holiday and also ideal for a "long" weekend. The municipality of Wittenbeck with its district of Klein Bollhagen lies in an idyllic location between the Baltic seaside resort of Kühlungsborn and the "white town by the sea" - Heiligendamm, far away from noise and hustle and bustle.

Rundum zufrieden
Wir haben uns aufgrund der ruhigen Lage, der sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung, der umfangreichen Ausstattung und der makellosen Sauberkeit in diesem Ferienhaus rundum wohl gefühlt. Wieder ein wunderschöner und erholsamer Urlaub
Die Haushälfte ist perfekt. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer die Ruhe braucht und gern Rad fährt, ist an diesem Ort richtig.

ein schönes Ferienhaus, gern wieder.....
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Haus Ostseeblau und waren wunschlos glücklich.
Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten und auch genug Platz für die Kinder
sodass wir alle sehr zufrieden waren.
Das Wetter hat uns auch gut mitgespielt.
Alles in Allem ein toller Urlaub, gerne wieder.

Sommer, Sonne, Sonnenschein....
Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung Ostseeblau 7 a.
Von der Reservierung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat alles einwandfrei geklappt.
Die Ferienwohnung war zwar nicht ganz preiswert, aber ihr Geld wirklich wert.
Die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, vom Toaster bis zur Spülmaschine war alles vorhanden, und es war alles sehr sauber und in einem Top-Zustand.
Die ruhige Lage ist auch ideal für Ausflugstouren in die Umgebung und
bis zum Yachthafen Kühlungsborn ist es nur ein Katzensprung.
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können diese Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus
Es waren tolle zwei Wochen im Haus Ostseeblau mit vielen sonnigen Tagen am Strand .
OSTSEEBLAU ist:
O wie Ostseeblau , S wie Strand , T wie toller Ort , S wie schönes Haus , E wie Erleben , E wie Entdecken ,
B wie Bummeln , L wie lange Tage , A wie Aufregend , U wie unvorstellbar toll .
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, um erneut so eine tollen Urlaub zu erleben.
