Description
The villa was built in 2006 and 2014 new living area of around 120m² spread over 2 floors.
The lower floor is the open kitchen, the large living / dining area, a covered porch, a bedroom and a shower room. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms each having a private bathroom. The bedrooms have mosquito net on the window or door.
All rooms have air conditioning hot / cold, In addition, 1 fireplace, satellite TV, Internet, utility room with washing machine. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.
The spacious terrace is equipped with a gazebo permanently installed. The 8x4 m pool, outdoor shower and BBQ area complete the offer.
Several cars can be parked in the flat, enclosed grounds.

Monte Pego is approx. 1 hour away from the cultural centers and airports Valencia (in the north) and Alicante (south).
Among the more than 20 km long sand and dune beaches of Denia and Oliva is about 10 minutes.
A large shopping center, doctors and other shops are also within a few minutes.

Very nice cosy house
The two of us spent a great time here for 4 weeks in September 2019. The snow-white, cosy and beautifully furnished house invites you to relax. After sunbathing on the beach, shopping in Denia or after excursions into the beautiful hinterland, the house in this location is more than suitable for relaxing by the pool. Nothing is missing here. It was a great holiday all round. We will gladly come again.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Als Gruppe von 5 Erwachsenen haben im Oktober 2015 eine Woche in der Villa Franziska verbracht. Gleich vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, sodaß jeder seinen Freiraum findet. Der schöne Swimmingpool und der gesamte Außenbereich mit den Liegen und so weiter trugen auch sehr zur Entspannung bei. Eine kleine Oase, wenn man von den Ausflügen in die Umgebung oder ans Meer wieder zurück kam.
Da es uns so gut gefallen hat, haben wir gleich wieder gebucht und abermals eine sehr entspannte Zeit im Februar in der Villa Franziska verbracht.
Das war sicher nicht das letzte Mal - wir kommen wieder.
