Description
Our holiday home (for up to 4 people) is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village and is the perfect starting point for beautiful hikes and bike tours. The village centre is only a 5-minute walk away, where you will find a bakery, butcher, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctor and a cosy café.
The house was built in 2014, the living space is 55 m². It is family-friendly (with equipment for small children) and particularly suitable for allergy sufferers due to the ecological wooden construction.
There is underfloor heating throughout the living area, and an additional wood-burning stove in the living/dining area provides extra comfort (firewood is provided).
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven and freezer.
Two floor-to-ceiling windows lead you from the living area directly onto a very beautiful terrace.

Our holiday home (for up to 4 people) is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the village and is the perfect starting point for beautiful hikes and bike tours. The centre of the village is only a 5-minute walk away, where you will find a bakery, butcher's shop, supermarket, hairdresser, pharmacy, doctor and a cosy café. Our small Eifel village Dahlem is the perfect starting point for beautiful hiking and cycling tours. Due to the existing railway station, you can also undertake wonderful day trips.
There are many leisure attractions for young, old and young-at-heart in our surroundings!

Everything for a wonderful holiday
We felt very comfortable in the WoodHome and can highly recommend this holiday home!
Contacting the Göser family beforehand and making an appointment was very uncomplicated and friendly. On site, our expectations were more than fulfilled - the WoodHome has everything you need for a holiday with the family and is also very clean and well maintained. The size was just right for us as a family of four, especially as the house is excellently thought out and also has a tastefully and practically designed garden.
The Göser family always has an open ear for questions and wishes and good suggestions for things to do in the region. To explore the Eifel from Dahlem, a car is useful or necessary. However, bakers, butchers and supermarkets are also within walking distance.
All in all, we look back on a few wonderful days in the Eifel and would rent the house again at any time. And our children will talk about the beautiful tractor tour across the fields of Dahlem on the last evening for a long time to come....

Ausgesprochen schönes Ferienhaus, hell und freundlich, mit angenehmem Wohnklima. Alles blitzsauber und gepflegt.
Sehr nette, unkomplizierte Vermieterin.
Alles in allem ohne Abstriche weiter zu empfehlen.

Einfach super
Es War ein super tolles Wochenende. Das Haus ist einfach perfekt. Es ist alles super ausgestattet, man braucht wirklich nix mitbringen. Selbst viele Kleinigkeiten wie Seife oder Spültücher sind da. Frische Blumen standen auf dem Tisch. Man fühlt sich herzlich willkommen. Da fängt der Urlaub schon beim ankommen an. Die Vermieter geben sich voll viel Mühe und schaffen es echt, eine gemütliche Atmosphäre entstehen zu lassen. Daumen hoch weiter so! !! Vielen Dank für alles

Alles super!
Tolles Haus, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber zuvorkommend, freudlich und hilfsbereit aber unaufdringlich. Standort wunderbar, Aachen, Köln, Koblenz, Trier etwa 60-90 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Wir wollten ein kleines Stück Deutschland besichtigen und es ist uns wunderbar gelungen.
Wspaniały dom, bardzo czysty i świetnie wyposażony. Gospodarze serdeczni i bardzo mili, ale nie narzucający się. Doskonałe położenie,okolica cicha, spokojna, do Aachen, Köln, Koblenz, Trier można dojechać samochodem w ciągu 60-90 minut. Około półtorej godziny jedzie się też do Luksemburga. Niedaleko też Mozela i liczne winnice.
Polecam wszystkim zainteresowanym zwiedzaniem, winem i pieszymi wycieczkami .

Kleines Paradies in der Eifel
Das Ferienhaus ist neu und hat eine sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung. Die Vermieter sind freundlich, immer erreichbar und sehr um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Die ausziehbare Couch lädt vor allem in dieser Jahreszeit zum Kuscheln beim Kaminfeuer ein.
