This home offers pure in absolute solitude nature. You live in a 2013 renovated and enlarged in Tuscan style stone house with 70,000 square meters of land. From the house and the 40 sqm terrace overlooks a lush wooded valley and in good weather to the Mediterranean. Situated below the medieval village of Prata in the Maremma House is a refuge for nature lovers who want to relax surrounded by olive groves and forests. Since there are no neighbors, you can enjoy the absolute silence and undisturbed retreat from the stresses of everyday life. The house is reached via a dirt road. We provide you with a free SUV with all-wheel drive is available, which is handed over to you on the spot.
The equipment of the house is decorated in a Tuscan style. Beautiful beamed ceilings create a cozy atmosphere. Mullioned windows wooden open his eyes to the fantastic scenery. By Southern exposure of the house, the rooms are bright and friendly.
Upstairs, a master bedroom with double bed plus find a bedroom with two single beds, sink and fireplace. This room can be achieved by internal and by an external staircase.
On the ground floor is the living room with flat screen TV and fireplace, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a bespoke chestnut wood kitchen with large storage cellar, dining table, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, SMEG fridge.
The spacious and partially covered terrace offers plenty of space for eating, relaxing and playing. About it you can also reach the guest house where a sofa bed and a sink are. Also next to and behind the house there are terraces, bounded by stone walls. A second bathroom with shower and toilet is located just above the house and is accessible via an outside staircase.
Many destinations such as the picturesque town of Massa Marittima and Siena and Florence are within easy reach. In 30 minutes you are on the beautiful sandy beaches and pine forests of the Mediterranean. Also the achievable in 20 minutes freshwater Accesa in Massa Marittima is worth visiting.

The house is about kilometers from the center Pratas away in an absolutely secluded location surrounded by nature. The picturesque mountain village of Prata is about 15 kilometers away from Massa Marittima and offers restaurants and small shops for daily needs.

Dreamlike
The holiday home is beautifully situated. If you like to spend your holidays away from the tourists, this is the place for you! I was there for a fortnight with my family (2 children under 6) and we had a wonderful time. The house is tastefully furnished (everything you need is there!) and the pool and terrace are simply fantastic. My family and I will definitely be back! Absolutely recommendable!
