Description
The open-plan living area with adjoining kitchen is generously proportioned. The fireplace integrated into the living room creates a cosy atmosphere. In the kitchen you will find an oven, a freezer, a refrigerator, a cooker with ceramic hob, a toaster, a kettle, etc. Of course, the dishwasher is a must in this house. There is also a dining table with chairs on the ground floor. You reach the upper floor via a curved staircase, at the end of which a spacious gallery awaits you. The open hallway leads to the adjoining bedrooms, each for two people. The beds in the respective bedrooms are 1.60m x 2.00m and 1.40m x 2.00m in size. For the little ones, there is a highlight in the form of a loft bed in one of the bedrooms, which can be reached via a separate ladder. The very openly designed house has another cosy bedroom (1.60m x 2.00m) and a bathroom in the lower area. In the utility room you will find a washing machine. The entire house is supplied by gas heating, whereby the entire lower area is equipped with underfloor heating.
From the living room you can access a beautiful terrace designed with Bangkirai wood, where a large table with matching chairs invites you to linger. Two parking spaces are available free of charge directly in front of the house.

This holiday home has a total area of 120sqm and is located on a fenced, 1500sqm plot in the centrally located village of Kasnevitz, not far from the white town of Putbus. The house is in the second row, so you will find the necessary peace and quiet after your excursions on the island of Rügen. The small village of Kasnevitz, a district of the municipality of Putbus, is located in the south-western part of the island of Rügen near the Greifswalder Bodden. The small town of Garz is approx. 7 km away in a westerly direction via the German Alleestraße. To the east, approx. 3 km, the old capital of the island of Putbus, with shopping facilities, gastronomy, railway station, theatre and the wildlife park.
An eye-catcher in Kasnevitz is the neo-Gothic church of St. James. In the almost flat landscape of fields and meadows, the church tower, built in 1864, is visible from afar.

Highly recommended
A beautiful spacious, well-equipped house in a quiet location. The large fenced garden is ideal for holidays with dogs. The house is conveniently located so that it is an ideal starting point to explore the island with its beaches and sights. We stayed there for the third time in a row :-)

Very beautiful holiday
The house is nice and big, with a large garden.
From there, everything can be reached in a few minutes. The nearest shopping facilities are in Putbus or Garz. Everything is no problem by car. The Roland train also runs from Putbus to the seaside resorts.
We enjoyed it very much and will definitely visit again.

Beautiful holiday house on a great plot
We really liked the vacation house. Very good facilities and everything was decorated very tastefully. In addition, there is a large and especially fenced property. Both humans and dogs felt at home. We had a great week and hopefully will come back soon.

Great house?
The house is modern and very cozy furnished. From the first to the last minute we felt very comfortable. Nothing was missing from the equipment. Cleanliness is very important to the landlords. The property was also very well maintained and we and our dog had a great time. We will gladly come back ☀️??. Thanks also to the nice landlords.

A feel-good oasis for humans & dogs
We were allowed to spend over a week in Diana's beautiful holiday domicile! We have two Spanish greyhounds that are relatively large, but this was not a problem in the house. Our arrival request was taken into consideration very kindly, and the key handover was very easy. The house was perfectly clean and heated when we arrived at night, the kitchen was fantastically equipped, and everything was very cozy and stylishly furnished. Our dogs really liked the (fenced-in, under 1.50m) garden and had plenty of space to run and sniff. The location of the house is simply perfect. We would love to come back.

Vacation on Rügen
We were able to spend a completely relaxed and restful vacation with three generations (grandmother, grandfather; parents, child) in this wonderfully and lovingly furnished house by the owners!
It was also very relaxing, but also interesting, to live in this very digitalized world without things like internet, Netflix or similar, as they were not available in this house. However, we liked that very much!
The very warm-hearted owners of the house were always courteous to us with advice and assistance (e.g. finding a workshop for a flat tire on the car), as well as numerous recommendations for restaurants or attractions. That alone would deserve five stars.
Closing words and conclusion: We felt welcome in every way with the owner and in the house! A completely successful, relaxing vacation in a great environment. Many thanks.

Urlaub mit 2 Hunden
Wir waren mit 2 Hunden in ein super top eingerichtetes Haus. Sauber, alles an Gerätschaften da, Kamin, eingezäuntes Grundstück, netten Nachbarn, grossem Garten. Alles was das Herz begehrt.
Leider gibt es da kaum Telefonempfang und Internet. Aber wir waren zum erholen da. Nette Mieter.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten unmittelbar in der Nähe. Sehr empfehlenswert für Hundebesitzer.

Wir sind Stammgäste geworden!
Wir waren zum dritten Mal in dem für uns wirklich sehr, sehr schönen Haus und im September kommen wir wieder!
Ein Paradies für Hundemenschen wie uns. Die Vermieter sind sehr tierlieb, und es ist alles hundegerecht. Aber auch für den etwas gehoberenen Anspruch ist alles vorhanden.
Nicht nur in das Häuschen, auch in Rügen mit Hund haben wir uns verliebt.
Absolut empfehlenswert für alle!!!

So wie Urlaub sein soll
So soll Urlaub und Erholung sein. Wir haben dieses schöne Haus für eine Woche gebucht und uns rund herum super wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und der Küche sind wirklich sehr gut. Alles mit viel Liebe zum Details eingerichtet. Besonders klasse ist der große eingezäunte Garten, der für uns als Hundebesitzer der Hit ist. Nach ausgiebigen Toben im Garten, dann am kuscheligen Kamin aufwärmen. Einfach klasse. Einkaufen im nahegelegenen Putbus, Lauterbach oder Bergen. Auch sehr gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die umliegende Natur mit sehr gut ausgewiesenen Wanderwegen muss man erleben. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Ausflüge und sehr gut erreichbar vom Festland. Es war wieder ein unglaublich schöner Urlaub und Jahresstart 2017. Liebevolles Zuhause
Wir verbrachten im Spätsommer eine wunderschöne Woche auf der Insel Rügen. Herzlich wurden wir in unserem Ferienhaus "Himmelgrau" empfangen - mit 4 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und unserem Hund.
Der mehr als großzügige Garten ist ideal für Hunde und Kinder. Die offene Terasse lud auch zum Verweilen und Grillabende ein.
Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet- eben wie ein Zuhause.
Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr sauber, freundlich und gemütlich.
Alle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten,Supermärkte und Restaurants sind von Kasnevitz aus gut erreichbar.
Wir kommen nun regelmäßig wieder, es war ein wunderbarer Familienurlaub.
Wobei wir noch nicht sicher sind, ob sich unser Hund nicht von uns allen am allerwohlsten gefühlt hat. :)

Absolut empfehlenswert
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem toll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir und unsere zwei Australian Shepherds haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der große, eingezäunte Garten ist ideal für einen gelungenen Urlaub mit Hunden und die ganze Insel lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Supernette Vermieter, die uns sehr schöne Empfehlungen geben konnten. Top!!!

Super Haus
Sehr tierfreundliches Haus mit viel Auslauf für den Hund. Putbus, Stralsund und Binz sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Tolle Einrichtung im Haus. Da kann man überlegen nochmal hin zu fahren.

Perfekter Urlaub im Haus Himmelgrau
Wir ( 2 Erwachsene + 1 Baby) haben eine knappe Woche im Haus Himmelgrau verbracht. Das Ferienhaus hat alle Annehmlichkeiten die man von daheim kennt. Die Ausstattung ist modern und vollständig. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, das hebt es positiv von anderen Ferienhäuser ab. Die Vermieter standen uns mit Rat und Tat und zur Seite und gaben uns noch tolle Ausflugstipps mit auf den Weg.
Die wunderschönen Seebäder von Rügen (Binz, Selin,...) sind sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Auch findet man ca. 4 km entfernt (in Putbus) mehrere Supermärkte, Bäcker etc..
Fazit: Ein wunderschöner Urlaub auf einer tollen Insel in einem super Ferienhaus. Wir kommen wieder!
