Location and surroundings of object
Luitharz is a small district of Immenstadt at 870 m above sea level, surrounded by meadows and forests with great views of the mountains.
Many hiking trails lead directly from the house into the surrounding area - into the Bergstätt area, to the large Alpsee lake and to many alpine pastures. You can hike directly from our house (870 m altitude), in the midst of pure and healthy mountain air, surrounded by meadows and forests and an incredible view of the Allgäu mountains. At the end of your tour, we recommend stopping in Akams at the cosy inn "Zum Lustigen Hirsch" with Allgäuer delicacies.
We are located in the middle of the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region with a wide range of leisure and excursion options. Our house is the ideal starting point for mountain and bicycle tours, wonderful hikes, skiing and many other activities - in summer and winter.
Sporty, culturally interested or simply "ready for the island"? Look for and find the right kind for your relaxation and recreation here!
In just a few minutes you can reach the large Alpsee lake, which offers numerous water sports opportunities. The Niedersonthofener See and the Inselsee with its water skiing facility are also within 10 minutes.

Toller Ausblick in die Alpen!
Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester 2019/2020 für 12 Tage mit der ganzen Familie im Sonnenhäusle. Das Schönste ist eindeutig der Ausblick in die Berge und die Natur rund um das Haus. Wanderungen in die Natur waren natürlich das tägliche Highlight. Obwohl wir leider Pech mit dem Wetter hatten, überwiegend Regen und kein Schnee, aber es gibt genug andere Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitbeschäftigung. Überrascht waren wir dass ein Korb Kaminholz und die Waschmaschinenbenutzung zusätzlich zahlungspflichtig sind, diese Angaben standen nicht auf der Homepage. Der muffig riechende Keller mit Schlafzimmer und Bad wird auf der Seite als „UG“ angepriesen, baulich handelt es sich eindeutig um einen „Keller“. Wir bekamen bis zum Abreisezeitpunkt keine Gästekarte obwohl wir den Betrag für alle Familienmitglieder bezahlt hatten. Gästefreundlichkeit schaut für uns anders aus. Es gibt auf dieser Homepage nur eine Bewertung seit Einstellung des Hauses vor 5 Jahren?

Very nice holiday home in a central location in the Allgäu region
We spent a very nice week in the Sonnenhäusle in Immenstadt. The house is fully equipped, including the kitchen. Even in bad weather you can stay well thanks to the open fireplace. The landlady is very nice and helpful. It was a great holiday!
recommend for: adventure and experience, holiday with children, cultural and sightseeing holiday, romantic holiday
