Our modern and comfortably furnished non-smoking holiday flat "Seehund" invites you to relax on 42m2.
The heart of the flat is the cosy living/dining room with a very well-equipped kitchenette, which includes a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, coffee pod machine, microwave and toaster. In the living area with sofa bed, stool and armchair there is a satellite TV (flat screen), DVD player and stereo system. From the dining area you have access to the balcony (south-west facing).
In the bathroom with shower, there are towel radiators, floor heating and sufficient storage space. A washing machine, children's high chair and travel cot are available in the storage room.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1.80x2.00m), external blinds and wardrobe.
Outside, there is a parking space and a storage room for bicycles or prams.

In addition to the comfortable, modern furnishings, our advantages include above all the central yet quiet location between the dyke and the adventure pool (3-5 minutes' walk each way). Baker, restaurants, children's playhouse and playgrounds are in the immediate vicinity. Norddeich offers everything you need for a successful holiday.
Excursions to the islands, to the seal banks or on the mainland are always an experience. The pier of the Frisia shipping company or the railway station (arrival) are only a 15-minute walk away. Swimming in the sea is fun on hot days. A change from swimming is the large playground on the beach with climbing tower, pirate ship, football goal, volleyball, basketball,
Bathing fun and wellness all year round can be found in the unique Ocean Wave with seawater wave pool, whirlpools, giant slide, outdoor pool and large sauna area.
The large children's playhouse (free of charge), adventure mini-golf, seal breeding station, large playground with paddles and raft are also only a 3-5 minute walk from the apartment. Whaloseum, pony rides, petting zoo and go-kart track in the vicinity are certainly an experience.

Die FeWo hat alles was man braucht und selbst für Kids ist alles da ( Bücher, Spiele etc.). Kann man einfach nur weiter empfehlen !!

Echt Klasse und absolut empfehlenswert
Wie gut, dass wir auf den "Seehund" gekommen sind... Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns gleich wie Zu Hause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist spitze, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage ist topp. Nah am Strand, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und Hallenbad und Bäcker sind in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Besuch in der Ferienwohnung "Seehund". Vielen Dank!

Schönes Wochenende an der See!
Wir (2 Erw./ 2 Kdr.) haben eine wunderschöne helle, familienfreundliche und super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in Norden Norddeich vorgefunden! Das Bad schön warm, die Küche komplett ausgestattet und der Wohnbereich war sehr einladend. Das Kinderschlafzimmer ist über eine abendteuerlich anmutende Treppe gut zu erreichen und bot unseren Mädels einen super Rückzugsort ;).
Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. Der Bäcker, das Meer, das Wellenbad und die Robbenaufzuchtstation (u.v.m.) sind zu Fuß (auch für Kinderfüße) gut zu erreichen und bieten ein tolles Freizeitprogramm. Wer sich so wie wir, am Abend gerne bekochen lässt, kann ein paar Straßen weiter, viele unterschiedliche Lokale besuchen. Wir haben an diesem Wochenende dem Italiener "da Vio" und dem Griechen "Poseidon" in die Töpfe geschaut und können nur sagen: sehr lecker. Besonders im Poseidon fühlten wir uns herzlich willkommen.
Alles in allem war es ein sehr schönes Wochenende.
