Description
Our holiday home has 4 rooms and a total of approx. 100 m² of living space. On the lower floor there is a living/dining area with a fireplace and a large Darßverander. A bathroom with shower/WC and a bedroom with a double bed. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with WC/shower and sauna, and a balcony. All bedrooms have blinds. At the house there is a bicycle shed and a large terrace. The property has approx. 400 m² and is fenced.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a paved side street and it is about 8 ßweg to the village centre. The beach and pier are about a 15-minute walk away. Restaurants and shopping facilities are within easy walking distance. Bicycle rental in the vicinity Start possibilities for a trip to the west beach, on foot or by bike. Prerow has one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. Natural place with few hotels. Endless possibilities for cycling. Many excursion possibilities Ostseebad Prerow has a history of over 100 years as a bathing and recreation resort. Before that, like all the other Darss villages, it was primarily a seafaring and fishing village. The old cane-roofed houses with colourfully painted and carved doors and gable decorations are still typical evidence of that time. Insights into the natural and cultural history of the Darß can be gained today at the local history museum in Prerow.
The baroque sailor's church with its pulpit altar, which is over 250 years old, is also worth seeing. The Baltic Sea beach, several kilometres long, is often densely populated in summer. A considerable part of the beautiful, white, fine-sand beach belongs to naturists.

Urlaub mit Hunden
Ein Traum von Haus, läßt keine Wünsche offen. Wir fühlten uns wie zuhause. Auch unsere beiden Schäferhunde waren sicher aufgehoben in dem komplett umzäunten Grundstück.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastischer Urlaub
Das einzige was ich schade fand, dass ich nicht länger bleiben konnte :D
Es war einfach traumhaft, das Wetter, die Betten, die Bäder, die Sauna, der Kamin. Ich bin total verliebt in das Haus. Ich komme bestimmt mal wieder
