Description
at the edge of the medieval city, in the pure nature, not far from the sea, on foot in the city, the castle and in the forest: a perfect location to enjoy everything may yet have to rest.
accessible by train, by bus, by car (preferably soooo much to see in our region, because there are!) or by plane.

A very large and very nice terrace, with table, chairs and sun loungers, access to the garden (1000 sqm available, with benches and birds).
The bedroom has a large bed (200x160) with good mattress), the living room is modern and pleasant, the kitchen has everything you need.
In Provence, near the sea, beautiful scenery. From the house you can on the one hand in the 'Garrigue' go (evergreen bushes, with rosemary, thyme, lavender ...), directly to a path. On the other hand, go to the city (3mn by car if they do not want to go ... but it is so nice to walk), beautiful medieval town.
You want to spend a great week at the seaside, while having space and quiet living in nature with the cicadas? our cats will greet and perhaps some figs will be ripe; -) ...
The garden is wild part, so that the bees and the birds find their place ... the water which we use to pour the garden, coming from the roof, is retained over the dry summer and then used.

We have two cats ... do not like to see another animal in their living room ... and they are very fond of!

A beautiful villa apartment in a quiet area in the open and, yet only 15mn walk from the medieval city center, overlooking a beautiful Mediterranean garden, 5km to the sea (there are 22km long beaches in Hyères, of all varieties .. Sand, Rock ... to see! with wind, no wind, with things under the water, or with fine golden sand).
To the port to go to the islands, you need 10mn (Golden Island: Port Cros, Porquerolles, Le Levant), cinema and everything available. Perfect for a summer holidays :-)

Beautiful holiday flat
The flat is very well equipped, everything was available for our needs. Ideal for holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet, but still within easy reach of the old town and the beautiful beaches. The hosts are open-minded, helpful and very friendly. We felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the property.

Again and again with pleasure
A very nice 2 room flat that has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The location is top, for those who are looking for peace and nature and still want to walk into town
Getting to the house is not for the faint-hearted - but with practice it can be done ;)
In addition, the landlords are always responsive, have good tips and are (if necessary) also very caring.
We will be very happy to come back.

Beautiful time on the Cote Azur
The house and the location are wonderful. We liked Hyeres with its many beautiful beaches. The town is quite big and you definitely need a car. The house is in the hills - but the town is within walking distance. The flat is nicely furnished, you will find everything you need. The large terrace is wonderful. We were also happy about the daily cat visit.
Muriel was away during our stay, but the contact before and during was great. We would definitely recommend this accommodation.

For nature lovers
The view from the terrace, a dream, the stone terraces with the great Mediterranean plants and rock above. You can sit on one of the stone terraces and enjoy the sunset over the valley to Toulon, of course with a glass of wine. Very friendly and considerate landlady who lives in the front part of the house--the approach to the house--spectacular--not for lowered cars.

Dreamlike holiday
We really enjoyed our days in Muriel's flat. The quiet location is perfect for couples who want to enjoy some togetherness. The sunsets are a dream. Especially at the Plage de l'Almanarre and at the ruins, which can be easily reached on foot. The driveway to the flat takes some getting used to. Unfortunately, we couldn't meet Muriel in person. The contact with her was great and she speaks good German. All in all, it was just perfect - THANK YOU!!!

Beautiful vacation in the south of France
The house is fully equipped with everything you need and has a very nice terrace. Tip: definitely walk up to the castle for sunset, you can reach it on foot.
There is a lot of beautiful things to see in the area and Muriel, the host, is very nice and speaks very good German.
We can only recommend the apartment.

Unforgettable beautiful time

Relaxing summer vacation
We spent 3 relaxed weeks in this beautiful holiday apartment. The location in the Oberstadt, away from the hustle and bustle, is beautiful and a wonderful place to relax. From there you can go on great hikes and easily walk to the old town in the evenings. Simply perfect. It is also not far by car to the many beaches. The apartment was super clean, freshly renovated, and has everything you need. We felt very comfortable here and enjoyed our time.

South of France - Provence
We were able to enjoy a wonderful time at Muriel's. She fulfilled every wish of ours and her extensive knowledge and tips for excursions near Hyeres were very helpful to us. The steep approach takes some getting used to, but otherwise there is no criticism at all. We will gladly come back to this apartment when the next opportunity arises.

Wunderschöner und entspannter Urlaubsort
Wir haben wirklich wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht! Muriel, die Vermietern war unglaublich gastfreundlich, hat uns hervorrangende Tipps für Ausflüge etc. gegeben und wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser ruhigen Unterkunft mit einem tollen Ausblick sehr genossen. Adventures in Hyères
Even getting there is an adventure: you drive the last kilometre high above the coastal town of Hyères on a steep rocky single-lane road, but you are rewarded by a breathtaking view and a quiet domicile. From there, you can reach the beautiful old town on foot in 20 minutes. The castle, a restored ruin, is also within walking distance. Several varied beaches can be reached by car in a short time.
One feels immediately familiar in the well-equipped flat, because Muriel speaks perfect German and can give thorough information on all questions. Her warm manner, the time she took for us and her interest made our stay a feel-good experience

Jewel in beautiful surroundings!!!
This was our 2nd time here and we will come again. The flat is very well equipped and has a beautiful terrace with a magnificent view of the Toulon valley. The flat is situated on a hill. However, the old town of Hyeres can also be reached on foot. The location of the flat was ideal for us, as it is also very quiet. The sea is 15 minutes away by car. The landlords are very friendly and support guests in word and deed. In the meantime, we have an almost friendly relationship. Next year we want to come again.

Lieblingsdomizil
Bereits zum dritten Mal (Sommer 2015, Herbst 2016, Sommer 2017) verlebten wir unsere Ferien bei Muriel und Nico. Das sagt zum traumhaften Ambiente, zur guten Ausstattung der Wohnung und zur herzlichen Betreuung durch die Gastgeber alles! Diesmal hatten wir das kulinarische Glück, dass während unseres Aufenthaltes die Feigen im Feriengarten reif wurden und wir mit dem Blick aus dem Küchenfenster auf die Feigenbäume Konfitüre kochen konnten. Und frische Feigen mehr als genug naschen durften! Nach wie vor brauchen wir alle Sterne dieser Welt für eine angemessene Bewertung!! HERZLICHST DANKE an Muriel und Nico!!!

Erwartungen übertroffen
Schon vor Beginn des Urlaubs fühlten wir uns bei der Vermieterin sehr herzlich willkommen. Ihre Reaktion auf unsere Anfrage war enorm schnell und alles war problemlos und rasch "in trockenen Tüchern". Um die Staus auf der frz. Autobahn zu umgehen, konnten wir sogar gratis (!) einen Tag eher anreisen. Allerdings erfordern die letzten Meter bis zum Haus wegen ihrer Enge und Kurven einiges fahrerisches Geschick, je nach Größe des Autos. Aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Ansonsten ist das kleine Anwesen äußerst ruhig und liebevoll gepflegt, ohne jeden Lärm. So haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären gern länger geblieben. Der sympathischen Muriel und ihrem Nico sei hier nochmals herzlich für ihre tolle, unaufdringliche Betreuung gedankt – die Buchung war ein wahrer Glücksfall! Wenn wir könnten, gäben wir 12 Sterne!!!

richtig tolle Ferienwohnung, beste Erholung !

Ein Traumplätzchen für Zwei! Sehr hübsch eingerichteter Anbau, mit großer Terrasse,
Gartennutzung und einem wunderbaren Blick in die sanfte Hügellandschaft und das Tal darunter,
Sonnenuntergangsstimmung garantiert!!!!! Super Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung der wunderschönen Strände und Landschaften und der Stadtmitte, und, und, und.......
Dankbar nahmen wir die vielen Insidertipps der fürsorglichen und sehr netten Hausherrin entgegen, leider konnten wir nicht alles umsetzten, so dass wir bald wiederkommen werden!

Rundum gelungener Urlaub!
Wir hatten eine erholsame und schöne Zeit, nicht weit entfernt der Altstadt. Der Strand ist nah und wunderschön. Die Wohnung und das Umfeld ist sehr entspannend. Muriel ist unglaublich nett und fürsorglich. Sie spricht sehr gut deutsch und hat uns sehr geholfen.
Ein Ort an dem wir gern länger geblieben wären! :) :)

Tolle Wohnung - super Lage - sehr nette Vermieter
Wir wohnten in einer sehr schönen, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung mit allem Komfort.
Die Vermieter waren überaus nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die brillianten Deutschkenntnisse der Vermieterin kamen uns schlecht französisch sprechenden Allemands sehr gelegen. Wir konnten unseren mitgebrachten Reiseführer weglegen, denn Muriel hatte immer etwas zu bieten und gab uns die besten Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt.
Wir haben Sie schon weiterempfohlen und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Immer wieder gerne
Bereits im Vorfeld unserer Reise hatten wir einen sehr netten Email-Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, die sehr gut deutsch spricht. Da sie selbst nicht anwesend war, wurden wir von französischen Freunden sehr freundlich empfangen, die mit Kindern selbst im Haus Urlaub machten. Durch den sepraten Eingang kommt man sich nicht in die Quere.
Das Haus liegt sehr einsam in herrlicher Lage direkt unter den Felsen, dennoch nur 1,5 Km bis in die historische Altstadt (abends und zu Fuß nur mit Taschenlampe). An die Anfahrt muss man sich etwas gewöhnen, ist nachdem man sich auskennt aber kein Problem mehr. Es geht durch enge Wege und man muss man darauf hoffen, dass kein Gegenverkehr kommt. Die Einfahrt ist sehr steil und das ferngesteuerte Tor muss einkalkuliert werden. Am besten unten stehen bleiben, dann Tor öffnen udn in einem Zug hoch fahren.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmäßig und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Zum Kochen ist alles da was man benötigt. Besonders nett fanden wir das Küchenfenster, das man aufschieben und als Durchreiche zur Terasse nutzen kann. Die Terasse hat tagsüber Schatten, was bei heißem Wetter sehr gut ist (morgens und abends Sonne). Das Bett war prima und das Bad sehr gut.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Sie ist besonders für verliebte Paare sehr zu empfehen!!!!

Magnifique et calme!
une semaine de bonheur pur dans la coline, bien accueillis, tout était très propre, on est à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville de la jolie ville de Hyères, à une minute des randonnées, à 10 minutes de la plage... et le jardin, le jardin provençal! A recommander, pour tous. Nous reviendrons!

Erholung pur!
Die Unterkunft ist geprägt von ihrer wunderschönen Hanglage in absolut ruhiger Natur. Dennoch sind die Wege zur Stadt, zum Strand und zu Sehenswürdigkeiten angenehm kurz. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Die absolut freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die stets beste Insider-Tipps parat hatte, machte den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm.
