The Non smoking house "Het Zeepaardje" (The Seahorse) (maximum 6 people) is only 500m from the beach. The house is situated in a beautiful park with a lake, a small zoo and children's playground.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace and cable TV with international channels. Integrated kitchen with 4 plate stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. Furthermore there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower. The toilet is separate. Storeroom with washing machine. Wireless internet is available free of charge.
On the first floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Garden with terrace, glass windshield, grill, cabin and handcart. Parking near the house. Pet are allowed. Garden is completely fenced.

Location and surroundings of object
The idyllic holiday park is located directly on the dunes and is crossed by water, has a beautiful lake with water playground for children; Playground with equipment for the little ones, there is an animal enclosure with deer and goats, trampoline and mini golf course and 2 restaurants, bowling alley and 2 tennis courts.
Through the dunes, you can do endless bike rides on developed trails.
In the surrounding area is a 9 hole golf course for golf lovers as well as an indoor pool.
Julianadorp has a beautiful sandy beach with a wide dune chain and colorful flower fields. The Noord-Holland region not only offers you beautiful, clean beaches where you can sunbathe. You will also find unique natural areas, such as the "Het Zwanenwater" nature reserve with the largest Löffler colony in Europe.
Many beautiful places are only a few km away: eg Alkmaar, Bergen, Callantsoog.
In Den Helder in the north of North Holland historic ships can be admired; You can also visit the Naval Museum and a submarine, the rescue museum, Fort Kijkduin and much more.
From Den Helder is worth a crossing to a day trip to Texel.
Nice are Alkmaar with the cheese market and Schagen.
The IJsselmeer with the old historical places Enkhuizen and Hoorn is not far away either.
In Julianadorp you will find several shops, (including Lidl and Aldi), a newly built covered shopping center, restaurants, fitness, bowling, golf, mini golf, Reitmanege, swimming paradise.

Het Zeepaardje
Wir haben ein sehr gemütliches Haus vorgefunden. Die Matratzen in den Betten waren klasse. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Wohnzimmer einfach nur bequem. Die Gartenmöbel waren auch sehr bequem, man wollte gar nicht wieder aufstehen.
Wir haben auch nur ganz wenig zu bemängeln, der Schuhschrank funktionierte nicht einwandfrei und das Kochbesteck müsste erneuert werden. Ansonsten kann ich das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Es ist ein super und sauber eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht. Wir fahren immer wieder gerne hin ,waren schon 3x dort und es wird nicht das letzte mal sein.

Immer wieder gerne
Wir kommen schon seit vielen Jahren nach Julianadorp.
Die Gegend ist einfach genial zum entspannen. Das Haus ist
super eingerichtet. Toll ist auch das im Erdgeschoss ein Doppel-
bett und nicht ein Etagenbett steht weil unsere Kinder bereits
erwachsene Menschen sind. Praktisch auch das das Grundstück
eingezäunt ist und man so problemlos den Hund in den 'Garten lassen kann. Es liegt super optimal durch die Verbindungswege . Es ist alles da um sich wohl zu fühlen. Wir haben schon für den Herbst gebucht und kommen auch nächstes Jahr im Frühjahr wieder. Die Organisation der Firma Can ist hervorragend, das Haus war immer super gereinigt.

Einfach superr schön
Wir waren total zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und dem tollen Service von Herrn Roos. Wir müssten also suchen wenn wir sagen müssen was uns gestört hat.
Wenn, dann höchstens dass in der Küche der Backofen fehlt. Aber sonst fehlte es an überhaupt nichts. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen dieses haus gerne weiter.
