Description
The cosy holiday flat with separate entrance is located on the upper floor of our house and offers space for 4 people.
There is a parking space in front of the house and a covered shelter for your bicycles in the courtyard
Our flat has a bedroom (double bed with adjustable slatted frames and a sofa bed, as well as a satellite TV), a living-sleeping room (double sofa bed, satellite TV, DVD player, radio/CD player) and a shower room. The separate kitchen with dining area for 4 people is fully equipped with electrical appliances, as well as dining and cooking utensils.
A travel cot, a high chair and a stair gate are also available.
Bed linen, towels and towels are included in the rental price
Washing machine and dryer can be used by arrangement.
In the garden you will find a beach chair with table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. For the little guests there is a swing with climbing frame in the garden.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located in a quiet side street, a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village and from the bathing beach or harbour with its jetty.
The nearest bakery is a 3-minute walk away.
The Baltic resort of Heikendorf is located on the eastern shore of the sunny side of the Kiel Fjord, 15 km from the centre of the state capital Kiel and 5 km from the Baltic resort of Laboe.
Kiel and the other fjord resorts are very easy to reach by fjord steamer, bus or car.
In Möltenort, a district of Heikendorf, you will find the DLRG-supervised bathing beach with beach chairs and restaurants, the submarine memorial and the harbour with the pier for the fjord shipping, as well as the tourist information.
On the eastern shore along the Kiel Fjord, the Fjord Hiking Trail connects the coastal towns from Kiel to Schönberg Beach. It invites hikers and cyclists alike to experience the beautiful landscape: always with a view of the water and ships. The Fjord Hiking Trail also leads through interesting places such as Laboe, with its submarine and naval memorial.
The hinterland (the Probstei or Holstein Switzerland) with its farming villages and estates in the typical Schleswig-Holstein bend and moraine landscape is also recommended.

Just be at home!
As an older couple, this is the third time we have stayed in this very quiet holiday flat. Everything is just right here. You come to a top-clean flat with a "sweet" welcome. The Bradtke couple are very friendly and helpful hosts. In the garden there is a beach chair and deck chairs. Shopping - bakery and groceries are only a few minutes away. You will be thrilled. We can only recommend it.

Simply fantastic
I have never stayed in such clean, super well-equipped accommodation. I felt at home right from the start and would come again or recommend it to others at any time. The landlords are very nice and helpful. The flat has a great layout and plenty of space. The surroundings are just great, you can reach everything quickly and it is still very quiet. This accommodation deserves many stars. Thank you very much Bradtke family and I look forward to seeing you again.
