Description
Our Villa Kunterbunt is located in the middle of nature, far away from the noise of the city. Families, couples, friends with or without pets will find peace and relaxation here.
Not far from the towns of Grömitz and Neustadt in Holstein and only a few kilometres from the Baltic Sea coast, you will find our holiday flat in the small village of Klein Schlamin.
Lovingly but simply furnished, it offers space for 1 - 8 people to live and sleep. There are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom (green room) with a double bed (extra bed with a toddler bed is possible), another bedroom (orange room) with a double and a single bed (extra bed with a toddler bed is also possible here) and the third bedroom (red room) with a bunk bed and an additional sofa bed. A kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and oven. A WC with washbasin, a bathroom with bathtub and a large garden (with campfire place ) for romping, playing and barbecuing are at your disposal for a relaxing holiday.
Up to two dogs are also very welcome!
The Hansa Park can be reached from here in 16 minutes. We are also happy to drive you there by arrangement.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is located behind our house in an annex with separate entrance and its own large garden incl. fireplace.
Klein Schlamin is a village in the municipality of Schashagen, between Neustadt in Holstein and Grömitz. There are just 22 houses there.
In addition to 16 children aged 2 to 15 and their families, there are many cows and horses, dogs, free-roaming rabbits and two donkeys on our farm.
All you hear is the mooing of the cows and the chirping of many songbirds.
Here you can also play undisturbed on the street, ride your bike or skate.

Super holiday home and hosts
We were here with 2 families (4 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs). The house was very well furnished, dogs and children could let off steam outside. The donkeys were great. The campfire and baked bread at the fireplace was especially interesting for the children. But you need a car to get everywhere. The hosts were very friendly and always helpful. TOLL FAMILY. We will gladly come again.
