Haus Brausewind - rest, relaxation, discovery.
The house measures 85 sqm and is therefore well suited for six people.
Facilities:
Ground floor flat with 55 m²:
- Living room with comfortable couch set and large coffee table, extendable dining table with six armchairs and high chair for children, wall unit, flat-screen satellite TV with 80 channels, DVD player,
- integrated kitchenette incl. crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, etc., with electric cooker (ceramic hob) and oven, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, electric egg boiler, toaster and kettle, charger with two USB outlets,
- Shower room with washing machine (free use),
- Bedroom 1 double bed, bedside consoles, reading lamps with USB plugs on the beds, clock radio and wardrobe,
- Bedroom 2 double bed, night consoles, reading lamps on the beds and wardrobe.
Games and books for young and old complete the rich equipment. Next to the house there is a separate, lockable outdoor storage room where you can find a barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, children's toys and children's vehicles as well as storage space for your own bicycles that you have brought with you.
Children can swing in the large garden or build castles in the sandpit, and from the living room you can go directly to the terrace with a wonderful southern exposure.
Flat OG:
On the upper floor of the house is a fully equipped two-room holiday flat for another two people.
Renting the flat on the upper floor is only possible in combination with renting the ground floor flat by the same tenants:
So you are ALWAYS alone, among yourselves, so to speak, on the entire property and in the house.
Are you interested in spending your holiday in a group, with parents, relatives, friends or acquaintances? Then renting the lower and the upper flat in one house at the same time, but with two separate areas, is really ideal!
The flat on the upper floor is approx. 25 sqm and has:
- a cosy living room with sitting area and extendable dining table, pantry-kitchen with 2-plate cooker, sink and refrigerator and sofa bed. Furthermore, colour satellite TV with 80 channels, video recorder, radio cassette recorder, toaster, coffee machine are part of the rich equipment.
- a spacious bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, shelf and wicker armchairs,
- bathroom with bathtub,
- hallway with wardrobe and two chairs,
- The balcony faces south and offers an unobstructed view of pastures, fields and marshland.

Cancellation terms:
- Zahlung 20 % innerhalb von sieben Tagen nach Vertragsabschluss, sonst wird der übersandte & unterschrieben zurückgesandte Mietvertrag nicht gültig. 80 % spätestens vier Wochen vor Mietbeginn ohne weitere Aufforderung durch uns, ansonsten ist eine Weitervermietung vorbehalten. Bei kurzfristigem Mietantritt ist der gesamte Mietpreis sofort fällig. Rücktrittskosten - Stornogebühr, bei Stornierung durch den Mieter: € 59. - Bei Nichtinanspruchnahme ist der Mieter verpflichtet, den vereinbarten Preis abzüglich der Ersparnisse des Vermieters zu zahlen. Verbleibende Höhe des Übernachtungspreises bis zum Zugang der Stornierung: - 0 %: bis 30 Tage vor Mietbeginn (kostenfreier Rücktritt), - 30 %: 29 bis 25 Tage vor Mietbeginn, - 50 %: 24 bis 10 Tage vor Mietbeginn, - 80 %: 9 bis 5 Tage vor Mietbeginn, - 100 %: weniger als 5 Tage vor Mietbeginn. Reiserücktrittskosten-Versicherung - z.B. separat auf Wunsch online selber abschließen, - bitte Frist nach Unterschrift des Ferienhaus-Mietvertrages beachten.
