Villa Sonnenblick is situated in a sunny and
and quiet location on the southern slope of the Finkenberg.
Here you can recharge your batteries and relax!
In our three modernly furnished non-smoking holiday flats, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the town of Sebnitz and the beautiful mountains of Saxon-Bohemian Switzerland
Shutters / blinds and a solidly insulated masonry ensure a pleasant living climate in our holiday flats all year round.
The equipment of the flats includes central heating, satellite TV, radio, free landline telephone and free Wi-Fi.
Parking spaces are available on the property.
A natural lawn for sunbathing, a barbecue area and an idyllic breakfast spot with a watercourse await you on the large property.

Our house is situated in a sunny and quiet location on the southern slope of the Finkenberg.
All the sights of the town of Sebnitz
are within walking distance.
Restaurant, bakery, shopping market, train station and bus stop are in the immediate vicinity.
The town of Sebnitz is a state-recognised resort. The small Saxon town is idyllically nestled between seven mountains and vast forests and meadows - a green town with a heart!
It cordially invites you to walk, hike and enjoy
Many tourist attractions, such as a herbal spa, an artificial flower manufactory, a model railway museum or the municipal collections are always at your disposal. A trip on the Saxon-Bohemian National Park Railway, a boat trip in the Upper Lock in the Hinterhermsdorf district or hikes in the Kirnitzsch Valley are also highly recommended and unforgettable.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, and very nice landlords
We can highly recommend the vacation rental. It is spacious, well-equipped, and was exceptionally well-maintained and clean.
The balcony offers a great view over Sebnitz.
The location of the vacation rental is ideal for hiking in the Saxon Switzerland or in Bohemia; but city tours are also easily feasible (including Dresden, Bautzen, Pirna). Thus, sports activities can be well combined with culture.

Waren zu zweit für eine knappe Woche in Sebnitz und Umgebung. Erholung pur!

A clean, well-equipped, pretty flat. Optimal communication with the landlords, good leisure tips. Good starting point for bike tours, hikes, via ferrata... and relaxing evenings on the beautiful balcony or in the garden. Even without a car, many things are possible for nature lovers by bike, train and bus. Thank you very much - we would love to come back!

Wir waren dort mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder 8 und 12. In punkto Sauberkeit , Ordnung und Sicherheit ist die Fewo für den Preis nicht zu schlagen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Die Lage sehr ruhig. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder.

How beautiful is our country!
We were in Saxon Switzerland for the first time and enjoyed the days very much. Sebnitz itself is a great starting point for hiking, cycling, mountain biking, etc. The apartment is in a beautiful location. The flat has a beautiful location and is very well equipped, which makes the holiday all the more enjoyable
Before our holiday, we had hoped that the Richter family would have some good tips - we were not disappointed. Thanks to the tips and help, we were able to discover many beautiful spots

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung - uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert
Wir können die Villa Sonnenblick nach einem kurzen Urlaub in Sebnitz uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet (insb. Küche), sehr sauber, ansprechend eingerichtet und hat einen Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Der Vermieter ist ebenfalls sehr nett. Zum Parken ist ein separater Stellplatz direkt neben der Wohnung vorhanden. Auch der Garten vor dem Haus macht einen sehr idyllischen Eindruck.

Ferienwohnung Tanzplan
Die Ferienwohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben und wie mit Fotos angezeigt, hat eine gute Ausstattung, liegt ruhig und erholsam mit einem schönen Ausblick in die Natur.

Silvester-Wohlfühl-Programm
Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel in dieser sehr gemütlichen, liebevoll eingerichteten, freundlichen Wohnung die viel Platz bietet und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
Die Aussicht über Sebnitz hinweg in die sächsische Schweiz hinein ist einfach wunderbar.
Die Ausstattung bietet alles, was zu einem angenehmen Urlaub gehört und läßt keine Wünsche offen.
Wir werden sicher auch einmal im Sommer wiederkommen, um den wunderschönen Garten geniessen zu können und dann länger bleiben.
Ein sehr nettes und immer hilfsbereites Vermieterpaar, das viele Tipps geben kann.

Super Austattung, sehr ruhig, schöner Blick aber am Hang. Mann findet hier den richtigen Einstieg zum Wandern. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die Gaststätte 5 min den Berg hoch, toller blick, gutes Essen. Insgesamt sehr guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern.

Eine Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Eine super saubere, geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Dazu sehr nette Vermieter!. Sehr ruhige Lage. Selten habe wir so ein Glück gehabt in so einem Schmuckkästchen unter zu kommen. Sogar eine Fernsehzeitung lag bereit und für meinen Mann zum Geburtstag stand ein Fläschchen vor der Tür. Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen wenn man die Sächsische Schweiz erkunden möchte.
