Villa Ana is located in a quiet and peaceful place just 300 m off the main road leading from the town of Bale to the tourist gem, the town of Rovinj. The house is surrounded by a typical Mediterranean landscape offering soothing scenery and the sea view making it a perfect lodging for a family holiday, romantic holiday or active holiday. It is an ideal place for all those who are eager to bring their levels of everyday pressure, stress and constraint down to a minimum. Lovers of animals ( cats and two harmless dogs in a kennel are kept at the far end of the property),nature, cyclists, trekkers, hikers or just idlers will certainly find the place attractive since numerous cycling paths, trekking and hiking trails are within easy reach as well as the Palud nature reserve ( the only ornithological park in Istria) and numerous wild beaches hidden in many small bays along the coast with crystal clear waters, which make the facility attractive and fashionable even during the off season. Particularly picky visitors may choose among a wide variety of facilities, amenities, water and sports activities accessible at the nearby beaches and tourist villages of Veštar (4 km), San Polo (5 km) or Colone (6km), not to mention numerous facilities in Bale (4 km) or Rovinj (8 km). The best place to run all your everyday errands is the nearby small, romantic and free of crowds(even in summer months) town of Bale with a modest and not too pushy offer of summer events and festivals in the open air and for more demanding visitors the town of Rovinj, Pula (30 km), Vrsar (28 km) or Poreč (30 km) are a must see. The nearest and only airport in the region is located in Pula and there are car rental offices practically everywhere, Vila Ana is unique, lovely, warm and carefully furnished and equipped farmhouse surrounded by nature (all the windows are equipped with anti-insect nets) and therefore ideal for a total vacation in every sense of the word with all contemporary infrastructure and amenities at hand.
The house has a total area of 96 square meters (including the covered front and the back terrace providing all day shade) and the living space amounts to 76 square meters. The ground floor of the total area of approx. 45 square meters consists of the living room, a flatscreen TV, a couch and a furnace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with the dining area, as well as a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a hall leading into two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single one and the other with a single bed. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer a beautiful sea view of the Istrian west coast. There is another bathroom on the first floor with a shower as well. The house has its own front and back yards with a huge grill. Villa Ana is a traditional semi-detached farm house and represents a delicate fusion of traditional and contemporary indoor furnishing and arrangement. It is located at the typical Istrian “hazienda” surrounded by Mediterranean plants and numerous olive trees.

The property is only 3 km away from the town of Bale and 8 km away from the town of Rovinj. Visitors are usually welcomed by the owner of the property and accompanied to the lodge. The owner will be happy to provide all the necessary information and anything that might be of particular visitors' interest.
