Description
The house consists of a lounge with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, one double bedroom with extra bed and three bathrooms. From every room doors lead into the surrounding the whole house covered porticos and gardens. The kitchen is brand new and well equipped, crockery and cutlery plentiful.
The pool is 5x8 meters large, it is immediately before the Portico with large garden table where you are staying most. From here you can enjoy spectacular sunsets before then turning on the outside lights and invite you for a long and pleasant evening with a glass of wine.
At about 10 m from the house garden house is a brick barbecue and an additional garden table with chairs.
The garden was redesigned with a variety of Mediterranean plants and stones. Various species of palm trees, olive trees, countless oleander, lavender, rosemary and many other plants give a nice Mediterranean flair. Since the summer should not be watered with tap water and the fountain in the hottest time hergibt nothing, unfortunately had to be dispensed with an evergreen lawn.

Location and surroundings of object
The Villa Cosetta located outside the resort Bagno di Gavorrano, to beautiful, somewhat elevated secluded location and provides a great all-round visibility. Olive groves and cypresses dominate the Tuscan countryside around the estate. The location is very quiet and undisturbed, yet not lonely and secluded. The approximately 2,500 m2 large property is completely fenced and therefore suitable for guests with pets. A 150 m long private road leads from the main road directly to the house. A gate at the other end of the property leads to non-traffic paths ideal in the surrounding fields, especially for dog owners for a walk. Bagno di Gavorrano is located in the Maremma, between Follonica and Grosseto. The place has a large supermarket. Many small shops line the main street, including a pharmacy, and a very nice vet. In the place is also a petrol station and various banks. Each Thursday takes place the weekly market. Here you can provide them with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Also ham and salami love Haber get their money. Various stalls with clothes, shoes, etc. round off the market.

Wonderful villa, relaxing holiday
We spent two wonderful weeks in the holiday villa Cosetta. The layout of the house was great for us as a family of 7. The pool was clean and very well maintained.
The location was absolutely brilliant. Pure tranquillity
We enjoyed it very much. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
The equipment of the house was excellent. Everything was sufficiently available. The only thing we were missing was a coffee machine
The renting, which was done by Mrs. Ziegler, was very pleasant. She was available at all times and asked if everything was ok. But also the owner and the gardener were very friendly and helpful.
There are many beautiful places to visit from the villa. For example Siena, Lucca, Follonica, or to Grosetto to the train station and by train to Rome
We would like to thank you very much for the great time and recommend Villa Cosetta 100%.

Herzlichen Dank für Ihr freundliches Feedback.
Die Küchengeräte wurden erneuert. Nebst neuen Pfannen, neuem Geschirr, und einem gefüllten Gewürzschrank, stehen nun auch drei verschiedene Kaffemaschinen (Nespresso-Kapselmaschine, ital. Bialetti Espresso, Filterkaffemaschine), sowie neue Eierkocher, Toaster und Wasserkocher zur Verfügung.
2023 kommen dann noch ein Carport mit Solaranlage und Autoladestation, sowie Klimaanlagen im ganzen Haus hinzu.
Das Wohl unserer Feriengäste liegt uns am Herzen.

super nice vacation home with a mega clean pool
We immediately fell in love with the super beautiful holiday home and were surprised at how great everything was. The house is perfectly furnished and really lacked nothing. The pool is simply fantastic and is cleaned twice a week. The short trips to Follonica and Massa Marittima can be reached in less than half an hour. This time we were looking for peace and quiet in Tuscany and found it at Villa Cosetta. We would highly recommend the house and will definitely spend holidays in this beautiful area and wonderful house again. The landlady, Mrs. Ziegler, is very nice and we would like to thank her again for everything. Best regards from Switzerland.

wunderschönes Traumhaus

Urlaub im Paradies
Eine wunderschön gelegene Villa am Ortsrand mit großem, eingezäumten Garten. Unser Hund hat es sichtlich genossen sich frei zu bewegen. Man kann von Sonnenaufgang bis Sonnenuntergang die wunderbare Aussicht auf die typisch toskanische Gegend genießen. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt mit Oleander, Lavendel, Rosmarin und Olivenbäumen, so dass einem immer wieder ein betörender Duft um die Nase weht. Wer allerdings sattgrünes Gras erwartet, ist hier falsch. Der Pool ist wunderschön. Wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit Kind und Hund....gehen nie zweimal an den gleichen Ort in Urlaub....aber schon heute überlegen wir nächstes Jahr wieder in diesem Paradies Urlaub zu machen. Frau Ziegler, die das Haus vermittelt steht einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es mehrere Hunde, die man bellen hört....aber nie so sehr, dass es die himmlische Ruhe stören würde. Direkt im Ort gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Im Haus ist soweit alles vorhanden....was noch fehlt ist momentan ein wasserkocher oder eine Kaffeemaschine.Alles in Allem ein supergelungener Urlaub.

5 Sterne Haus in toller Lage
sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in toller Lage..Rundum freier Blick in die Toscana. Abends toller Blick auf die beleuchteten Bergdörfer. Es fehlt an nichts und das absolute Highlight ist der grosse Pool.
Frau Ziegler ist super nett und hilfsbereit und auch immer ansprechbar. Ebenso der Besitzer den wir auch kennengelernt haben. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants in der Nähe. Viele lohnnende Ausflugsziele. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Immer wieder gern
Im Mai d. Jahres durften wir vier wundervolle Wochen in einem Traumhaus mit einem ganz tollen Pool in einem sehr geräumigen, eingezäunten Naturgarten verbringen. Wir haben uns mit unseren beiden Hunden sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr schön ruhig, etwas abseits, aber dennoch in unmittelbarer Ortsnähe gelegen, rund herum nur Felder mit Olivenbäumen.
Auch die Vermieterin, der Besitzer und der Gärtner, der sich regelmäßig und gewissenhaft um den Pool kümmert, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir kommen gern einmal wieder!

Wundschöner Urlaub mit Hund
Wir ( 4 Erwachsene und ein Kind) waren mit unseren 3 Hunden in den letzten Herbstferien in der Villa Cosetta. Das Haus liegt an einer traumhaften Lage und man kann einen weiten Blick ins Land geniessen. Die Umgebung ist Natur pur, das Haus gut ausgestattet, die Betten sehr bequem. Unsere drei Hunde konnten sich frei auf dem sehr gut eingezäunte Grundstück bewegen. Somit hatten wir alle stressfreie und unvergessliche Urlaubstage geniessen können. Wenn es eindunkelt, hört man von den weit entlegenen Gehöfen Hunde bellen, welche wohl fleissig das Revier verteidigen. Wenn man selber Hunde hat, stört dies jedoch nicht. Das Grundstück verfügt über eine Alarmanlage, welche für gute Sicherheit sorgt. Anregung an den Vermieter: Hinterlegen Sie doch ein Infoblatt, zb, wohin mit dem Abfall. ( Wir wussten nicht das man die Säcke in die Kontainer, welche unten an der Strasse sind, einfach reinwerfen darf...Die Schotterstrasse runter, auf der Strasse Richtung nächsten Ort reinfahren...da sieht man die Kontainer dann auf der rechten Strassenseite). Kurz gesagt: Wir werden sehr gerne wiedereinmal unseren Urlaub bei Ihnen verbringen....und dies, obwohl wir nie zweimal am selben Ort Urlab machen:-)

Nachden we have 15 years of slightly more inhabited inland an old farmhouse and managed and rented an apartment, we live now in the area closer to the sea. Now I am doing the rental of the villa Cosetta in German-speaking countries for our well known and friendly local owners which absolutely no speaks German.
