The flat has been completely refurbished and furnished with high-quality furniture. You have a storage space for prams in the hallway on the mezzanine floor. The living area is on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. You have a new LED TV with satellite reception, DVD player, stereo system, free internet access via WLAN and a clock radio at your disposal. The spacious bathroom offers you a barrier-free shower. You have access to the water via our jetty and the possibility to use our rowing boat. A barbecue and garden furniture await you in the garden. Bed linen, towels, dish towels and bicycles are available free of charge, as is your own parking space. There are no carpets in the flat, so it is also suitable for allergy sufferers. For this reason, smoking in the house and bringing pets is not permitted.

The magnificent landscape of the Steinhuder Meer with its incomparable location, its meadows and moors as well as its cycling and hiking paths invites you to explore a piece of nature in northern Germany. Many native bird species have found a home in the Steinhuder Meer Nature Park and can be observed here. However, the experience of the Steinhuder Meer is only made complete by the water itself. Sailing, rowing, paddling, swimming, everything is possible or simply take advantage of the diverse offers Steinhude has to offer.
