The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 double bed and 1 smaller with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have a separate washbasin. The bedroom on the mezzanine floor also has a separate WC. Also on the 1st mezzanine is a bright shower room with WC.
On the lower half-floor there is a modern furnished living area with a spacious dining area for 6 persons with fireplace and satellite TV.
An open kitchen is located on the mezzanine - extensively equipped with 4 plate cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with 3-star freezer and various small electrical appliances such as blender, toaster etc..

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a holiday park directly at the Silbersee. The distance from the house to the bathing area at the lake is approx. 80m. The summer toboggan run with a large playground and outdoor restaurant and the new family wellness pool of the municipality of Frielendorf are located directly at the lake. There is also a pedal boat rental at the lake. There is a new climbing ropes course on the edge of the holiday park.
The holiday park has 2 restaurants with home-style cooking, a mini-golf course, playgrounds and a small grocery store with bread delivery service. The holiday park at the Silbersee belongs to the Kurhessian - densely wooded - Bergland/ Knüll Mountains. This is where the Brothers Grimm and their famous fairy tales originated. The region is also known as "Little Red Riding Hood Land" because of the costumes typical of the region.
Gentle valleys and mountain ridges criss-cross the landscape. The highest elevation in the region is the Knüllköpfchen at 634 m above sea level (distance from Frielendorf about 15 km). Various hiking trails - also in the immediate vicinity of the holiday village - lead through the hilly landscape and invite to extensive hikes. There are also several cycling paths, especially along the Schwalm and the 'Knüllwaldbahn-Radweg' is highly recommended.
