The Casa Due purchased in September 2013, is located at the beginning of the holiday park Villagio di Sunclass on the edge of the small romantic Italian Altstädtchens Gardola 500m above Lake Garda. Ideal holiday destination for active holidaymakers, gourmets and nature lovers. Hiking, swimming, kite surfing, sailing, mountain biking, golf, visit a lot of culture and always enjoy the view. The Casa Due has 3 small bedrooms, almost new bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a bright living room with 2 ür cool days was 2013, a new pellet stove house is surrounded by 2 terraces and a small bungalow is located quiet, he is by 2 flights of stairs from the street ügend parking near the house.
The holiday park has a large swimming pool (lifeguard in high season) is heated in early and late summer, an excellent affordable Italian restaurant, a well-stocked supermarket, a new children's play room and a reception that is always at your help. In 10 minutes you walk always with views of Lake Garda Gardola. There you can watch in the piazza in one of the bars at Cappucchino the hustle and bustle, shopping (bakers, supermarkets, butchers, hairdressers, petrol station, Tabacchi, Ice, many restaurants, pastry shops) or from the forecourt of the imposing church a magnificent vista of the lake to the Apennines enjoy (in clear weather). there are beaches in Porto di Tignale and Gargnano for bathing. Tuesday is market in Tignale. Excursion program, village festivals and concerts are organized by the municipality.

Our Casa Due is at the very beginning of the park Sunclass. On foot one is in 8 minutes up to the reception, which also has a supermarket, a very good reasonably priced restaurant, children's playground and the large heated swimming pool is.
Of the two terraces and the garden you have a wonderful view of the lake and the Monte from morning to evening. has breakfast in the sun on the terrace surrounded by cherry laurel, oleander and .... The house has a spacious living / dining area with large windows. Satellite TV (all German programs). Internet access can be purchased cheaply at the restaurant.
After Gardola there are foot 12 minutes down and 15 minutes! up. So one has to fetch bread or drink in the bar in Piazza an aperitivo not always use the car.
Tignale (Gardola), 500m high above the lake on the edge of a nature reserve by our holiday park is Sunclass.
In old towns Gardola there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ice cream parlors, hairdressers, butchers, bakers, gas station, pharmacy .... Tuesdays is market. The Tourist Office organizes events, walks, trips, etc ..
It takes 12 minutes one is by car down on Lake Garda. At Porto di Tignale is a beautiful beach, from which you can watch the surfers and kiters. In Gargnano (15 minutes by car from Casa Due) there are 3 public beaches, one more beautiful than the other.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

The weekly prices include all costs for gas and water as well as the use of all facilities of the holiday park such as pool, parasols and deck chairs. Pellets are excluded if needed due to weather conditions. Electricity is charged extra due to a fourfold increase in electricity prices.
Bed linen, towels, bath mats can be rented (certified hygienic). Also cot and high chair.
Due to the vagaries of the current Corona crisis, we do not charge cancellation fees should entry into Lombardy not be possible. Toller Familienurlaub
Schönes Ferienhäuschen mit tollem Blick auf den See und Monte Baldo. Es ist ein schnuckeliges Häuschen, sehr sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Leider hatten wir nicht so Glück mit dem Wetter. Da das Wohnzimmer einen Ofen und große Fensterfronten hat, hatten wir es drinnen warm und gemütlich und konnten trotzdem den Blick genießen. Es gab sogar eine Spielesammlung im Haus. Restaurants und Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Autumnal romantic
we enjoyed hiking and exploring. The weather also cooperated. We were even able to have breakfast outside several times! A wonderfully romantic landscape - even in low season! We will come again.
(Organisation, contact and handover went very well. The landlord was always available and super friendly and helpful.)

Wir haben 1 sehr schöne Wochen im Villaggio di Sunclass und im Bungalow verbracht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und es verlief alles reibungslos. Die Lage des Bungalows ist sehr gut (mit Blick auf den Gardasee) und in der Nähe des Pools, des Restaurants und des kleinen Ladens (nette Pächter). Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder :-)

Haus ist total gemütlich - toller Blick - klasse zum Wandern und Biken - nicht weit zum See - ganz nah süßer Ort mit mehreren netten Restaurants - alles hat super geklappt. :)

Urlaub am Gardasee
Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort. Hatten einen herrlichen Blick vom Haus aus auf die umliegende Berge und zum Gardasee. Mit dem Auto kann man wunderbare Ausflüge rund um den Gardasee, nach Verona oder Venedig machen. In der nächsten Umgebung findet man Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und viele gute Restaurants. Im Haus findet man alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Vor allem ist der Pelletofen für kalte Tage sehr angenehm.
Es hat uns rundum gut gefallen, wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
