The 56 m² tastefully furnished two-room flat is located on the 1st floor of the two-storey house and has an 8 m² furnished balcony facing the garden and the morning sun, which can be accessed from the living room.
From the entrance area you enter the large and modern furnished living area with couch set (extra bed possibility for 2 persons) as well as a dining place for four persons and an integrated kitchenette. In the kitchenette you will find a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a 4 plate ceramic hob, a dishwasher and various small inventory, which completes the kitchen equipment.
The entire non-smoking flat is tiled and has underfloor heating. In the living area you will find a TV, a stereo system with CD player and USB connection as well as a DVD player.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The flat also has a modern shower room. You can use internet access via W-LAN free of charge!
You can easily reach the flat by lift. There is a parking space for your car in the underground garage and a bicycle room for your bicycles. In the basement of the house you can use a sauna, a washing machine and a dryer for a fee.
The flat is suitable for 2-4 persons.

The two-storey dune residence "Königin Augusta" is located in the centre of the popular Baltic seaside resort of Binz, only a few metres from the beach promenade and from the fine sandy Baltic beach traffic-calmed Dünenstrasse is centrally located between the beach and Schmachter See.
Binz is the largest seaside resort on the island of Rügen. Since the 19th century, Binz has attracted many bathers every year with its fine sandy beach and spa architecture.
Restaurants and cafés invite you to linger on the kilometre-long beach promenade. Passenger ships dock and disembark at the 370m-long pier and, if you feel like it, you can take them on an excursion to the chalk cliffs or other worthwhile destinations. Binz offers a wide range of leisure activities. In addition to a wide range of adventure saunas, thermal baths and solariums, there are also plenty of opportunities for sporting activities. Hikes through the Granitz to the hunting lodge of the same name or long bike rides on the well-developed cycle paths. A tourist highlight is a ride on the Rasender Roland narrow-gauge railway, which should not be missing from any holiday programme.
