Our very well maintained "Almhus" with its own Finnish sauna offers with its 2 beautiful bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a dining room as well as a separate living room and a fully equipped and new kitchen everything you need for a dreamy Harz holiday.
On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped new kitchen with induction cooker and dishwasher, the spacious dining room with patio door to the garden and a bedroom with double bed (2.00 x 2.00 m) and en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a flat screen TV in the bedroom. On this floor there is another bathroom with access via the dining room with its own shower and toilet.
On the upper floor is our cosy living room with a large high-quality corner sofa, which can easily be folded out into an additional double bed with slatted frame and mattress. A large flat screen TV with DVD player completes this room. The panoramic view from the living room is breathtaking.
The second bedroom is located in the basement. The double bed (1.80 x 2.00m) also has high-quality mattresses. Furthermore, this bedroom has a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Next to the bedroom is the adjoining 3rd bathroom of our house with large shower and toilet. In the basement we have installed a Finnish sauna. Our sauna is only accessible and usable for guests of the Lüttjen Almhuse. During your stay, you have sole use of the sauna, which can be used by you day and night at no extra charge.
The approx. 1000 m² garden and the terrace around the house are very well maintained and invite you to play, sunbathe or enjoy the fantastic and romantic view of the valley and the Harz mountains. Div. garden furniture with seat cushions are available.
There are two parking spaces for your car in front of the house.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is in a prime location on one of the highest points of St. Andreasberg with a breathtaking view over the village towards the Glockenberg and into the Siebertal. The view is unobstructed and unobstructable. The main orientation of the house with the garden is south/west.
The holiday home also has an exposed position towards the ski slope of the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg and the summer toboggan run.
You can reach the town centre on foot within a short time.
Two parking spaces are available directly in front of the holiday home.
St. Andreasberg is the highest village in the Upper Harz and is located at approx. 600-730 m above sea level. The location of the village is probably unique and is described as the most beautiful location in the Harz National Park
St. Andreasberg is a former free mountain town in the Upper Harz and has since belonged to the town of Braunlage in the district of Goslar in Lower Saxony. The town is a recognised climatic health resort and is located directly at the Harz National Park. The roads L 521 and K 40 run through the town, providing good connections to the next larger towns. Facilities for daily needs, doctors and pharmacies are available in St. Andreasberg.

As it has been for years...PERFECT
If you appreciate accommodation that is quiet yet centrally located, it's hard to find anything better...You can easily spend a great holiday time here with six people...especially as there is an in-house sauna, three bathrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen...a garden rounds everything off....the costs are more than reasonable and the landlords more than friendly...everything is...even with children...bääähhhmmm
