Description
A family-friendly *** holiday apartment
in the attic of our house awaits you. The flat is approx. 65 sqm, has two bedrooms with two sleeping places each (1x double bed, 2x single bed), a large lounge with dining area and 104cm flat screen LED-SAT-TV, a fully equipped small kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher and refrigerator and a large, bright bathroom with two washbasins, a WC, a bidet and a glass shower.
If you want or need to stay on-line even on holiday, you can use our WLan network free of charge.
If required, a toddler bed and a high chair are available for your little ones. In the garden you will find a sheltered terrace for coffee and barbecue
Bed linen and towels are available free of charge (except bath towels). You can park your bicycles in our carport, and there is a parking space for your car about 20 metres away. Should your laundry supply run low, you also have the possibility to use a washing machine and the dryer in the cellar.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is approx. 1.0 to 1.5km away from our marina with its marina, our bathing island with a wide view of the Kiel Fjord, the Steiner steep coast and the nature reserves Barsbeker See and Bottsand with their adjacent bathing beaches.
The Baltic seaside resort of Laboe, 6km away, can be reached by bike in about 15min. The small town of Schönberg is 8km away and ideal for strolling and shopping and the state capital Kiel is looking forward to your visit, especially during the Kieler Woche.
For your daily needs, you can conveniently shop at the local modern Nahkauf supermarket.

Wendtorf ( inhabitants) is situated directly at the exit of the Kiel Fjord, in the holiday area PROBSTEI, approx. 6km from the Baltic seaside resort Laboe. Here you will find everything you need for your personal holiday dream. Wide beaches, boats, holiday flats, houses, guest rooms, apartments, farm holidays, guesthouses, camping sites, surfing and sailing schools, an endless cycling/inline skating path directly on the water, wind and waves, fresh Baltic fish, friendly people and much more!

Cancellation terms:
- Free cancellation option until 90 days before the day of arrival.
- a) Der Mieter kann vor Mietbeginn vom Vertrag zurücktreten. Erfolgt der Rücktritt später als 90 und früher als 60 Tage vor Mietbeginn, so ist eine Stornogebühr in Höhe von 50,00 € zu zahlen. b) Zusätzlich zu a) sind bei Rücktritt zu zahlen: vom 59. bis zum 42. Tag vor Mietbeginn 25% der Miete vom 41. bis zum 28. Tag vor Mietbeginn 50% der Miete vom 27. bis zum 14. Tag vor Mietbeginn 75% der Miete und vom 13. Tag und danach 85% der Miete c) Maßgeblich für die Rücktrittserklärung ist das Eingangsdatum beim Vermieter. Der Mieter kann nur dann eine Minderung dieser Zahlungsverpflichtungen fordern, wenn es dem Vermieter gelingt, eine neue Vermietung für den stornierten Zeitraum vorzunehmen. d) Rücktrittsentgelte sind sofort fällig. e) In jedem Falle ist der Mieter berechtigt, geeignete Ersatzuntermieter zu stellen. Diese müssen sich unter Einhaltung der vorgenannten Fristen schriftlich zur Übernahme aller Rechte und Pflichten aus dem bestehenden Mietvertrag verpflichten. Für die Vertragsänderung wird eine einmalige Gebühr von 30,00 € erhoben. f) Der Vermieter ist berechtigt, vom Mietvertrag zurückzutreten, wenn höhere Umstände wie Krieg, Streik, Brand, Naturkatastrophen usw. die Durchführung des Mietvertrages unmöglich machen. In diesem Falle ist der Vermieter verpflichtet, dem Mieter alle geleisteten Anzahlungen zu erstatten. Ein darüber hinausgehender Ersatzanspruch kann nicht geltend gemacht werden. g) Der Vermieter hat außerdem ein Rücktrittsrecht, wenn bis zum Ende der im Bestätigungsschreiben mitgeteilten Frist die anteilige Mietvorauszahlung nicht auf seinem Konto eingegangen ist. In diesem Falle gelten die gleichen Bedingungen und Fristen, wie beim Rücktritt des Mieters vom Vertrag. Reiserücktrittsversicherung Im Interesse des Mieters wird der Abschluß einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung empfohlen.

Holidays in Wendtorf
Very nice landlords. The flat is in a very quiet location and yet quite close to the beach. It is very well furnished and you don't miss anything. Everything was perfect. We were allowed to store our e-bikes in a lockable shed. Our hosts gave us many tips for cycling tours. It was a very nice time and we felt comfortable. Thanks to the Klar family.

Super beautiful surroundings
The flat is nicely furnished, there is enough space and everything you need is there. We have two children who had plenty of room to play. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We thank them for a very nice holiday and will be happy to come back.

Surprisingly spacious and beautiful holiday flat
... rented by two very nice landlords who were obliging and always friendly towards us.
The furnishings left nothing to be desired and we felt very comfortable.
It is easy to cycle to the Baltic Sea. For us, the nicer beach is in the direction of the campsite. It takes about 15 minutes to cycle there.
The whole place is very well-kept and very quiet, and the adventure playground, a 10-minute walk away, is very nicely situated.
We went on cycling tours along the beautiful Baltic Sea, on the good Farradweg.
If you are looking for relaxation and are not looking for action, this is a very comfortable and quiet place to stay.
It was very nice.

Beautiful spacious and clean flat
We were 3 adults and two children.very nice landlords.totally clean and beautiful fully equipped holiday flat. I would recommend it 100% and come back again.the area is very quiet and familiar. Supermarket was not far away, easy to reach on foot. Everything was top!

Alles bestens und wie beschrieben
In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht; der Weg bis zum Einkaufsmarkt ist nicht weit. Die Lage im Ort ist sehr ruhig. Herr und Frau Klar sind immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich.
