Description
The non-smoking holiday home is located on an approx. 900 sqm large, partly fenced plot.
The house is practically furnished and offers space for max. 4 persons. A living room with seating area and TV, a dining area, a well-equipped small kitchen, a shower room with WC, a bedroom with 2 beds and a children's room with a bunk bed. A travel cot (without bedding) is also available for the little ones. The holiday home can be heated electrically with 1 oil radiator.
In addition to a parking space for your car, there is playground equipment (slide, swing, table tennis table) for the little ones (and grown-ups) as well as a south-facing sun terrace. The outdoor fireplace can also provide pleasant warmth on cooler evenings on the partly covered terrace.
As a special feature, holiday guests can book a canoe, with accessories, at a reasonable price.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in Wernsdorf in the so-called "Speckgürtel" of Berlin. The nearby Crossinsee (bathing area) can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and invites you to swim or go boating. Boat rentals for motorboats (also licence free) are available in the surrounding villages.
You can book a canoe directly from us.
The nearby forest area is also well suited for active recreation, even with a dog.
The city of Berlin is 35 km away and can be reached by S-Bahn from KW, Grünau and Erkner.
Shopping facilities are available in KW and Gosen Neu Zittau. Wernsdorf (part of Königs Wusterhausen) is located southeast of Berlin, directly on the border between Brandenburg and Berlin.
Many activities are possible in the area, which is rich in lakes and forests. Cycling, hiking, swimming, boating, mushroom picking. Everything is possible.
But you can also relax on the sun terrace and read an exciting book.
Last but not least: It is not a water property!

Top holiday home
We found the accommodation very nice. It was quiet and perfect to get away from it all. There were 4 of us with a small dog. The welcome gift was a nice touch. We would definitely recommend it to others.

Nice five days
With our grandson Lennard, we had a great time on the property of the Beyer family. Petrus played along nicely and gave us sunny days. Our grandson said, "This is our sports and games vacation" and he was tireless in playing darts, table tennis, badminton, bocce, and soccer. We also did some cycling. We didn't use the canoe, but it's a great offer in this water-rich region. The equipment of the holiday house was perfectly fine for us, and it was also clean. The shower was a bit small, but it didn't bother us much. Since our grandson wanted to cuddle with grandma when falling asleep, grandpa had to make do with the small children's room, which he gladly did. In conclusion, the Handke family can highly recommend the holiday accommodation.
