This well-cared-for holiday home with enclosed garden stands in a quiet, residential area of the little fishing village of Penerf, not far from the beach and the sea. It has been brightly and comfortably furnished by the landlord. Penerf is a small fishing village on the tip of a spit of land to the south of Vannes. This area is well-known for its seafood. Here you can watch the fishermen returning with theit catch and pick out the best fish for your evening meal.
