Description
The flat is located on the mezzanine and 1st floor of a 110 year old former farm worker's house.
According to the living conditions of that time, you enter the flat through the kitchen, equipped with cooker, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and microwave. Next is the so-called "Stube", a fully-fledged living and dining room, whose furnishings are rounded off by a tiled stove and satellite TV. Behind it is a small bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm).
In the entire basement, a floor heating system ensures a pleasant room climate.
On the upper floor there is a modern bathroom with shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a room with two single beds behind it.
All bedrooms have blackout blinds.
In the rustic courtyard there is a cosy sitting area for cosy summer evenings.
Children can play and romp in our garden. There is a swing, slide, climbing tower, sandpit and a trampoline, as well as another seating area with a fireplace.

Location and surroundings of object
The accommodation is located on the western edge of the old village centre. Bohlsen is a typical Lower Saxon cluster village. The old village with fieldstone walls and still managed farms and craft businesses is structured around the mill situated on the picturesquely winding little river "Gerdau".
The centre of the village is characterised by a large playground on the river, where you can play and romp about, sunbathe and splash around, go bouldering and canoeing.
The village, which has only about 535 inhabitants, was awarded the title of "Gold Village" for the second time in 2013 in the federal competition "Our Village has a Future".
Surrounded by a dense network of field and circular walks, Bohlsen blends idyllically into the quiet and unspoilt landscape.
