The house is lovingly furnished, quietly situated, very well equipped and offers space for 6 adults and 1 small child. There are two comfortable bathrooms with shower and one with a sauna. The lovingly furnished living room has a fireplace, underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen. High-quality fly screens everywhere. For the little ones there is a high chair, a cot, 1 diaper pail, potty, etc. available. WLAN is available! Large trampoline: even better quality! Guaranteed fun for the kids.

The Achterwasser (300m) and the white sandy beach (900m) can be reached in a few minutes. On the beach there is a private beach chair for free use only for our guests. In the cooler season, the beach chair at the house is available for our guests.

The Haus am Meer is one of the 12 beautiful thatched-roof houses in the tranquil former fishing village of Zempin on the island of Usedom. On the island of Usedom there are 1906 hours of sunshine a year, which guarantees a relaxing holiday. Zempin is the smallest seaside resort on Usedom. It is preferred by holidaymakers who want to relax close to nature. Zempin is especially recommended to those who are looking for peace and relaxation after work. The holidaymaker is offered wonderful natural beauty in a very small area. Behind the dunes of the Baltic Sea you will find the newly built fishermen's huts. The new beach invites you to linger. But Zempin is also suitable for active recreation. Those who love hiking and cycling will find ideal conditions here. Sailing, surfing and fishing are equally possible on the Baltic Sea and on the Achterwasser. The Bäderbahn takes you to Zinnowitz in 6 minutes and right into the hustle and bustle of Usedom. The imperial resorts of Ahlbeck, Bansin and Heringsdorf are also just a few minutes away. Zempin is the smallest seaside resort on Usedom and very popular with tourists. It is located between Zinnowitz and Koserow at the narrowest point between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. It is on the B 111 and can also be reached via the Ducherow-Heringsdorf-Wolgast ferry railway line. Around 16 kilometres to the east of the municipality are the three imperial resorts of Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck and, two kilometres to the west, the village of Zinnowitz.
In Zempin there are several good restaurants with home-style cooking, an Edeka supermarket (currently closed / a new modern supermarket will soon be built here), bakers and fishermen for those who want to cater for themselves.

Our exclusive thatched house is particularly tastefully and invitingly furnished. The living room with its upscale ambience has an integrated kitchen in which everything is available in sufficient quantity. The light-flooded living room leads you over sandstone tiles to the two outside house you will also find two LCD televisions (screen diagonal 81 cm and the second 40 cm). In addition to the underfloor heating, the wood-burning stove provides comfort and well-being in the cold season. The outdoor lighting creates a romantic atmosphere in the dark. The garden is equipped with stone beds and plants from the region and invites you to linger.
