Our third apartment, 62 sqm on two floors, with a terrace and facing South in the entrance area and a small living room with stunning views in the nature has lots of atmosphere through the wood-beamed ceilings and the stones.
The ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area and bathroom (shower + WC). From the dining area from the small cozy living room (with two large Windows) is through a glass door, which also use person is as a place to sleep for a 5th (bed - 90 x 190 cm). It is equipped with a small TV (satellite) and a DVD player and a CD player with radio.

On our holiday farm "La Vicomterie", over 200 years old, a stone house in the typical style of the Cotentin peninsula of 30 m in length with 10 000 sqm, the guest finds (pur) peace and enough space to relax and the kids to play!
The holiday farm is located about 12 km from the sea removed: swimming, sailing, surfing - sandy beaches, as far as the eye can see!
There is much to discover and to look at on the peninsula in addition to the well-known "Mont St Michel": Channel Islands (Granville), the invasion beaches (about 1 to 2 hours away) and many monasteries and ancient cities. There is a market in the region, to fresh food to buy, well-developed hiking and cycle track (although it is somewhat hilly) every day.

The Cotentin peninsula is the westernmost part of Normandy and adjacent to the Brittany (we are about 50 miles north of the famous " station).It is a country in the sea with wide sandy beaches, dunes and rugged cliffs. The peninsula is green all seasons of the year, crossed by hedges, has centuries-old villages, abbeys and castles (the "Abbeye d 'Hambye" - a Benedictine Abbey - located in our vicinity).
The Cotentin is the land of Camembert, of cider and of Calvados - a region of many traditions, without mass tourism - a hospitable country!
