All apartments have a private garden and a terrace or balcony. We also have Wi-Fi on site with their own notebook. Three apartments have two separate bedrooms with four beds and a living room plus separate kitchen. Two apartments have one bedroom and a separate living room but this. Summer vacation
The holiday apartment is as described, the equipment is top. Everything is very clean and tidy. The surroundings invite you to go for a hike and cycling. Restaurants are within walking distance. Communication with the landlord is top.

Holiday as it should be
Holidays for families, holidays for sports enthusiasts, holidays for those who want to relax, holidays for mountain lovers - here in the Europarcs / Feistritz im Rosental complex there is something for everyone. We felt very comfortable in the holiday flat, everything is available that you know from home, e.g. a large terrace, a grill, microwave, cooker, toaster, kettle and so on. The holiday flat "Ahorn" is located in a complex that leaves nothing to be desired, so in addition to peace and a great view, you will also find a swimming pond with 50m, a pool for very small and small guests, a tennis court, mini golf, a very well-equipped fitness room, a climbing hall, mountain bike trails, hiking trails - yes, you can even fish in the Drava, if you want. Please pack your SUP (StandUpPaddling), or a rubber dinghy if you have one, it is very beautiful on the Drau and the panorama is a dream.
A few words about our hosts. Everything was uncomplicated and very quick. A short enquiry as to whether something was still available, a very quick and very polite reply, an acceptance and a very friendly telephone call in which all our questions were answered to our complete satisfaction. Mr Bauer also sent us helpful documents with excursion destinations and tips on where to go for a good meal. I could write much, much more, but I don't want to anticipate the experience, I am sure that you will share the impressions that I (we) took with us in their entirety with my entry. A great host, with a bright and friendly flat in a brilliant location. This is how a holiday should be!

Very nice late summer holiday
The location of the flat is great and the surroundings are fantastic. The booking was uncomplicated and a spontaneous extension was no problem. The landlords and the manager are very nice and questions are answered immediately. The landlord was very friendly when we asked him to change or improve something in the flat. We will definitely come again.

Beautiful and varied vacation - wonderful area.
We enjoyed a week in Carinthia on the Drau River. During our stay, we didn't move our car a meter and explored everything by e-bike. Klagenfurt, Velden, Villach, Maria Rain, Völkermarkt – every day we could visit one of the different beautiful lakes in the area and enjoy cooling off in the great weather.
In the evenings, we could barbecue in our own garden or enjoy the great service in the surrounding inns or in the restaurant in the holiday village.
Rarely have we slept better in various hotels or vacation rentals than in the beds in the "Ahorn" apartment.
For us, it was a wonderful vacation week all around.
A small drawback is the lack of terrace lighting, but we made up for it with candlelight.

Super short break!
We spent a few beautiful days in the vacation rental. It is very clean, friendly and the location is unbeatable! You have everything you need and can easily and quickly reach hiking trails as well as the nearest shops and restaurants. We will gladly come back!

Apartment Oak
This was our first time here and we felt very comfortable. There were many helpful personal guides available for gastronomy and hiking. Dogs are also welcome here. The area is well-supplied for sports activities. We would love to come back in June 2019!

TOP app. with great facilities
The holiday flat in Haus Waldblick is simply TOP. Nothing is missing. We have been spending our holidays there regularly since 2013. It is ideal for trips to Italy and Slövenien. Even if it's a rainy day, you won't get bored thanks to the full equipment (Wi-Fi, TV, stereo system, etc.).

A great vacation :-)
"We had already been in Feistritz im Rosental twice before we found the Bauer family's house there last year on the internet! We immediately liked the apartment, it was sufficient for 4 people, everything was clean, 2 nice bedrooms with double beds, a small garden area with a barbecue, a sun umbrella included, the bathroom is new, unfortunately a bit small, but it still works! Free Wi-Fi! You can use the swimming pool at the Wahaha Paradise (3 minutes on foot), and also the swimming pond, sun loungers cost €2 per day and piece, but you can also lay your blanket on the lawn next to it and sunbathe. The caretaker takes care of everything, you can rely on him at any time of day or night! If you book the laundry package (currently €12 per person), you will receive a bath mat and one shower towel, one hand towel and one dish towel per person PLUS bed linen, the bed is made upon arrival! GREAT!!!! Also, the towels are changed for fresh ones on Wednesdays and Saturdays! What a service! Mr. Bauer has left a list of sights and restaurants in the apartment. Definitely try the campsite (10 minutes by car), it's worth it! Especially for children, because there is a big playground there! And definitely try Gasthof Singer in Maria Rain (25 minutes by car, NOT YET on the list ;-))))! Because we liked the view from the big terrace and the food sooo much, we went there twice within our 14-day vacation!!!! What we missed (that's why only 4 stars, I would have liked to give 4.5 or 4.75 stars, but that's not possible ;-))), were little things: barbecue tongs, salad servers, a thermos flask, a tablecloth or place mats... I had a nice phone call with the landlord, Mr. Bauer, the other day, and there will be some things next year... because we have already booked again and are going back to our "Buche" apartment in summer 2017 with friends ;-))))!!!"

Wie bereits am Tel. zugesagt werden wir sämtliche Wohnungen mit einem Grillbesteck ausstatten. Das reklamierte Salatbesteck gehört selbstsverständlich zu jeder Wohnung, weshalb es bei Ihnen fehlte kann ich nur rätseln. Dem Wunsche nach einer Thermoskanne werden wir leider nicht nachkommen können, ist für eine Fewo auch gewiss etwas ungewöhnlich. Dafür haben wir wirklich hochwertiges Geschirr und Besteck das unseres Erachtens wichtiger ist als z.B. eine Thermoskanne - vielleicht bekommen wir dann im nächsten Jahr 4,75 Sterne ;-)))

Erholsame Urlaubstage am Draustausee
Ich war mit Motorrad schon 2x dort und habe in diesem Appartement meinen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage ist super schön. Die Wohnung ist ruhig und gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der freundliche Hausverwalter wohnt im gleichen Haus und ist bei Bedarf immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Deshalb fahre ich nun im Sept. 2016 zum dritten Mal dort hin und freue mich schon darauf.

einfach Klasse
Ich war vor über 25 Jahren schon mal in Kärnten und wollte dieses Jahr zusammen mit meiner Familie wieder mal dorthin wo es mir damals so gut gefallen hat.
Muss gestehen wir haben's mit unserer Wahl vorzüglich getroffen, nicht nur ich selbst, auch der Rest der Familie war absolut begeistert. Es hat einfach alles gepasst vom Wetter angefangen über die tolle Gegend und nicht zuletzt die prima Ferienwohnung.

TOP Wohnung tolle Gegend
Buchung und Infos vor der Reise waren super. Im Appartment hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Fernseher, Netbook, WLAN, eigener Grill und tolle Gartenmöbel, Küche mit Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und ganz tollen scharfen Messern – fast besser als zu Hause. Das Wahaha ist auch wirklich toll. Pool, großer Schwimmteich, Sauna und die Spielhalle für die Kleinen. Ich war noch etwas Mountainbiken -die Strecken gehen gleich vor der Haustüre los. Freizeitangebot in der Umgebung ist absolut Spitze.
