Super short vacation

The house was a dream. We felt comfortable from the first minute. Everything was clean and the kitchen equipment left nothing to be desired.

Since we had quite cool weather, the pellet stove was the highlight. So the evenings in front of the stove were ideal for switching off and recharging our batteries.

The contact with Mrs. Würdinger was perfect. She was always available via WhatsApp for problems and questions and helped where she could. We felt perfectly taken care of and always taken seriously.

We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to it. The house means pure relaxation for us.

Secret tip - Absolutely recommended

Exactly the right thing to switch off and recover.
Great location, absolute tranquility and plenty of nature.
The cabin has everything you need in terms of equipment. Very modernly furnished and the whirlpool is the icing on the cake.
This cabin was exactly what we were looking for.
There is really nothing to complain about.

We will definitely be happy to come back next year.

Beautiful days

The accommodation is highly recommended (quiet, clean and you can always reach the very nice couple of landlords if you have any questions or problems).

We plan to come back and are looking forward to enjoying the sunset again from the amazing whirlpool and firing up the grill or fire bowl.

Very beautiful house

We felt very comfortable in this house. Everything is really clean and very cozily furnished. The terrace is also great, we unfortunately didn't have nice weather, but we were still able to sit outside and barbecue because everything is well covered. It was pleasantly quiet and only a few meters from the lake, where the house's own boat was located next to the jetty. Thank you again to Mrs. and Mr. Würdinger.

Back to the Roots

It was wonderful days. I have never experienced such silence in any vacation home.
Pure nature. Highly recommended if someone is looking for real peace. You can switch off and reflect at this place. Hiking and biking in the surrounding forests is almost unlimited.
The vacation apartment is nicely furnished. Everything you need for daily life is available.
Very clean and also suitable for people with limited mobility, like me.
Unfortunately, I did not personally meet Mrs. Würdinger. I received the corresponding access data via WhatsApp and always received a quick response to any questions.
I felt very well taken care of.
Highly recommended for romantics, seniors, and people with limited mobility.

It was wonderful.

This house lives up to its promises, the apartment is generously furnished and almost barrier-free. The parking space is right outside the door. The highlight of the whole stay is the whirlpool. Everything you need is available and the peacefulness was beautiful. The landlords are very friendly and you can ask them any questions. We also used the rowboat and bicycles, everything was in top condition. We had a really great holiday, thank you very much. We will definitely come back.

Dreamy timeout

We were looking for a romantic escape for two and found paradise. We didn't miss anything, everything you need is really provided. The accommodation is very clean. The contact with the landlord, Mrs. Würdinger, and her friend was very pleasant, even a chilled bottle of champagne was ready for us! The absolute highlight is the outdoor hot tub and the boat for the lake, which is only a few meters away on foot. If you want to spend a few romantic days in absolute peace, you are in the right place! We can recommend this accommodation 100% and will definitely come back!

Simply dreamlike!

We arrived and I was immediately in love! Wonderfully quiet location in the middle of the forest and directly on the lake! Unfortunately we didn't have nice weather which was a pity but nobody can do anything about that! The cottage is very well maintained, clean and the furnishings are new. There was so much love in the details... i immediately felt at home and would have loved to move in straight away. We took so much with us that would not have been necessary. There are enough dishes, glasses etc. and also salt, pepper, spices, baking paper etc.. Everything there! The host was extremely friendly and as I said, you immediately feel at home. The whirlpool was of course our highlight as we didn't have nice weather. It was very clean. I can only recommend the cottage by the lake and I would definitely like to come again with the hope of being able to use the lake in nicer weather

Ein Geheimtipp

Mitten im Wald, absolut ruhig. Perfekt fürs Entspannen. Liebevoll eingerichtet, top ausgestattet.
Ein paar Meter zum See, wo man den Sonnenuntergang genießen oder mit dem Paddelboot herumschippern kann.
Das absolute Highlight ist der Hot-Whirlpool. Da möchte man gar nicht mehr raus.
Wir haben uns wieder pudelwohl gefühlt und werden garantiert wieder kommen!

Pure relaxation !!!

We spent wonderful, quiet and relaxing days in the super-equipped, chic cottage of the Würdinger family. In the middle of the forest, far away from stress and noise, we were able to relax every day, whether in the whirlpool or by the lake with a romantic sunset. It is simply fantastic here if you want to switch off and leave everyday life behind. We felt very comfortable every day and will definitely come back to Neubäu am See again to relax and unwind

Idyllisch

The holiday home is beautifully situated, fantastically equipped, extremely tastefully furnished and lovingly decorated!
The whirlpool is a hit and is very well maintained
Rowing to the very good lake restaurant in the rowing boat is also something you only experience here and is a great experience
The landlords are really super nice, helpful and have created a really great equipped modern beautiful cosy holiday home
We were absolutely thrilled and certainly not the last time there.

Schöne Tage am See

Wunderschön ...

Der Aufenthalt bei Herrn Würdinger war wunderschön, genau dass, was wir uns gewünscht hatten, etwas Ruhe und Abstand von dem stressigen Alltag.
Das Wetter war perfekt, um einmal um den See herum zu spazieren und die Natur zu erkunden.
Der Ausflug auf den See mit dem Boot war sehr romantisch… Und im Whirlpool und in der Sauna konnten wir super entspannen.
Dem leiblichen Wohl hat es auch an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet und grillen auf die Terrasse rundete alles ab.
Wir werden Herr Würdinger sehr gerne wieder besuchen.

Haus am See

Hallo Sybille, hallo Sepp, es waren wunderschöne 14 Tage Urlaub in eurem Hexenhäuschen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, Ruderboot, eigene Liegewiese und einen Whirlpool der jeden Tag gereinigt wird, was will man mehr. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr wenn wir wieder kommen, weil so nette Vermieter wie ihr seid kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Super zum Entspannen

Ausgezeichnet ausgestattetes Ferienhaus, sehr nah zum See gelegen, die Beschreibung entspricht voll und ganz der Wahrheit und wird teilweise noch übertroffen. Wir sind mit 2 Kleinkindern gereist, die jede Menge zu entdecken hatten und auch der Zugang zum See ist sehr kindertauglich. Das flache Gewässer ermöglichte uns entspannte Stunden am Wasser ... und durch die umzäunte Anlage war es sehr angenehm ruhig.

Alles in Allem auch für Eltern mit kleinen Kindern zu empfehlen... Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super entspannter Kurzurlaub

Liebes Ehepaar Würdinger,
wir haben uns bei Ihnen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Das einzige was mir fehlte war mein Staubsauger, aber das ist meine ganz persönl. Macke. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal und dann denken wir auch an unsere Bademäntel und vielleicht ist es dann auch warm genug um in den See zu hüpfen.
Die Ruhe war himmlisch.
Vielen Dank nochmal für die Kühltasche, die wir dann doch vergessen haben.

Erholung pur

Das Haus am See bietet ideale Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die gepflegte Haushälfte ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch den vorhandenen Whirlpool wird der Aufenthalt zum Wellnessurlaub - wir haben ihn genossen. Die direkte Umgebung und die Region bieten gute Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge und auch für ausgedehnte Wanderungen. Die vorhandenen Fahrräder erweitern den Aktionsradius und das Ruderboot lädt zur Erkundung des Sees ein. Das eine Autostunde entfernte Regensburg sollte man unbedingt besuchen - nicht nur wegen der Shoppingmöglichkeiten!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf findet man im nahe gelegenen Roding. Im Restaurant Hotel Schiessl in Neubau kann man gut und zu einem fairen Preis in gepflegter und angenehmer Atmosphäre essen und trinken.
Das Haus am See können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Traumhafte Unterkunft zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen

Wir waren zu Dritt über das lange Pfingst-Wochenende im Haus am See und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Haus liegt nur einige Schritte vom See entfernt und bietet viel Komfort ( z.B. Whirlpool im Freien, gut ausgestattete Küche, liebevolle Einrichtung). Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Mit dem Ruderboot, welches uns bereitgestellt wurde, konnten wir den See erkunden. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Haus am See wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Pure Erholung

Das Haus am See erfüllte all unsere Erwartungen. Sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was notwendig und dazu sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Schade, dass wir aufgrund des schlechten Wetters (mit Nachtfrost und Graupelschauern am Tag) das für uns bereitstehende Boot oder die Fahrräder nicht nutzen konnten. Dafür genossen wir den warmen Whirlpool ausgiebig. Danke auch nochmals an H. Würdinger fürs nachsenden der vergessenen Jacke.

Tolle Gastgeber,top Sauberkeit!ein gepflegtes Haus das mit viel Liebe eingerichtet ist.es ist alles mitten in der Natur und der See gehört einem ganz alleine.der Pool wird täglich sauber gemacht und man hat ein Ruderboot zur eigenen Verwendung.wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Das Haus eignet sich super um zu entspannen. Es eignet sich super für einen Pärchenurlaub. Die Lage direkt am See und mitten im Wald ist hervorragend. Man hat genügend Ausflugsziele zur Verfügung. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Der Whirlpool wird täglich gereinigt und stellt ein echtes Highlight dar. Die Vermieter sind klasse, total freundlich und aufmerksam. Für den Preis unschlagbar!!!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Wunderschön und idyllisch.

free time activities: Man kann am See spazieren gehen oder mit dem Boot auf dem See fahren. In Bodenmais kann man die Kristallwerke besuchen. Regensburg eignet sich zum Shoppen, ist nur 50km weg. Auch ein Tagesausflug nach München ist zu empfehlen.

shopping facilities: Der Ort hat einen kleinen Edeka. Wir sind jedoch nach Roding und Cham gefahren, weil es einfach mehr Auswahl gibt und man etwas von der Umgebung sieht.
