Quietly located holiday flats in a residential street.
From our house, it is about 100 m to the harbour, which is located on the Bodden, and about 10 minutes' walk to the Baltic Sea beach
On the promenade, which starts at our harbour and leads to the pier on the Baltic Sea, you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, boutiques and souvenir shops.
Supermarkets, bakers and butchers are in the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance.
We look forward to your visit!
The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst, lapped by the waters of the Baltic Sea and the Bodden, situated in the middle of the national park, on wide, stone-free sandy beaches and endless reed belts of the Bodden, that's where our holiday flats are located on a plot of approx. 1000 sqm.
In spring and autumn, you will be woken up by the calls of the cranes lingering here.

Viel Platz, jedoch teilweise dürftige Ausstattung
Wir haben diese Wohnung als 2 Familien mit jeweils 3 kleinen Kindern gebucht. Auf der Website heißt es unter Merkmale ausdrücklich "Kinder willkommen". Gleich bei der Wohnungsführung ermahnte die Hausverwalterin vor Ort unsere Kinder dazu, leise zu sein und die Nachbarn nicht zu stören. Die Wohnung ist leider auch schlecht isoliert, so dass man nicht nur durch jeden Schritt, sondern auch jedes Stühlerücken in den FeWos darunter hört. Mit kleinen Kindern kann da der Urlaub schon mal in Stress ausarten. :-)
Grundsätzlich reagierte auch die Vermieterin auf Anfragen z.B. bzgl. der Möglichkeit zu waschen eher problemorientiert anstatt entgegenkommend.
Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass die Waschmaschine schließlich kostenlos genutzt werden durfte!
Die beiden Bäder sind wirklich schön und auch sehr groß. Ebenso haben die Schlafzimmer eine gute Größe und genügend Platz in den Schränken etc.
Leider gibt es nicht in allen Zimmern die Möglichkeit, diese ausreichend zu verdunkeln. Wir haben uns mit Müllsäcken bzw. Alufolie ausgeholfen.
Das Wohn- und Esszimmer ist auch schön groß mit viel Stauraum und besonders an dem großen Esstisch finden alle gut Platz.
Die Küche ist für eine FeWo auch relativ groß. Leider fanden wir sie wirklich schlecht ausgestattet für eine Wohnung, in der bis zu 12 Personen übernachten können sollen. Wir mussten zunächst einmal um mehr Wassergläser bitten, außerdem gab es zwar genügend Töpfe und 2 Pfannen, jedoch keine Auflaufform für den Ofen, nur einen Pfannenwender und einen Kochlöffel, eine sehr rostige Reibe,...
Optisch machte die Wohnung zunächst einen sauberen Eindruck. Beim Einräumen unserer Sachen fanden wir dann aber im Gefrierschrank angebrauchte Lebensmittel, auf dem Kühlschrank eingeschweißte Brötchen von 2017 und 2 vertrocknete Brötchen, in den Schränken eine leere Kondom- und Bierverpackung ...
Wir würden die Wohnung trotzdem weiterfempehlen, allerdings nicht mit Kindern in unserem Alter (1-7 Jahre) - außer man hat nur Barfußindianer :)
