The apartment is located on IX floor in a modern and very neat apartment house "Wechta"
The absolute Near the beach (50m), promenade (10 m), and a national park (150m) is an attribute of the new building.
The 11-storey house disposes of two Fahrstuhle.
The house is guarded and the building can be betretten only with electronic access cards.
In the attic there are views roof terrace, a sauna and a swimming pool are available to all occupants of charge. Miedzyzdroje / Misdroy is the main resort on the island Wolin with very sparing since 1850, the fishing village developed into a modern spa.
The site offers many leisure and sport facilities.
The Wolin National Park surrounds the town.
2006 Seebrucke been extended and there is a regular massive excursion traffic to some German Seebader on Usedom

Sehr schöne ausgestattete wohnung mit allem was man benötigt. Tolle Aussicht und der strand nur paar meter entfernt.
