Description
Our holiday homes are located on a spacious property in Loiz (municipality of Witzin) in an out-of-town location surrounded by woods and meadows. The holiday home (House A) was completely modernised in 2008-2010 and is furnished in a modern and cosy style. In addition to the large living room with wood-burning stove and a small open kitchen area as well as a directly connected outdoor terrace facing west, there is a bedroom with double bed and an extra room with WC and shower. Our guests can use the sauna area at any time.

Location and surroundings of object
The small village of Loiz belongs to the municipality of Witzin - only a seven-minute drive away from the state-recognised resort town of Sternberg with its medieval town centre ... Here you will find everything you need: various food markets, bakers and restaurants as well as a petrol station and bicycle and canoe rental. The extensive grounds, the nearby village of Loiz and the surrounding area of the Sternberg lakeland, as well as the proximity to the Baltic Sea, offer many recreational opportunities. Those who want to be physically active can let off steam in the surrounding area: whether canoeing, horseback riding, golfing, swimming in lakes or the Baltic Sea, jogging or cycling on beautiful forest paths or trolley rides - there is something for everyone. Those who like it quieter can take a walk through the forest to the old Slavic settlement or to the old-timer museum in Groß Raden or visit the environmental and nature park in Güstrow. Nature lovers will find a paradise in the surroundings of Loiz: there are 20 protected landscape areas in the district of Parchim alone. The landscape is characterised by gentle terminal moraine hills and beautiful glacial valleys such as those of the Warnow and Mildenitz rivers. Day trips to the "big" cities of Schwerin, Güstrow, Wismar and Rostock offer plenty of culture and history to touch and experience.

at short notice - uncomplicated - perfect
We were spontaneously looking for a few days of peace and quiet and found what we were looking for! Perfectly situated, pure nature, very uncomplicated landlords who have furnished and designed the holiday homes and the extensive property with an extreme amount of love and taste. Zwei sehr schöne Wochen mit Ruhe für uns und unsere Vierbeiner auf dem Grundstück und im sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Sehr schöne Wanderrouten, historische Stätten, Kunst und Kultur sowie kullinarische Genüsse im Umkreis von 25 km. Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter.

Pure relaxation
We spent three wonderfully relaxing weeks with our dog in house A this summer. In the morning, we were woken up by the buzzing of bumblebees starting the day in the grass. The bedroom could be darkened well against mosquitoes and heat. The living room, veranda and garden offered plenty of space to relax. The forest around the property invites you to spontaneous walks or bicycle tours. The Pioch family provides a lot of information so that you can quickly find your way around the wider area for activities and shopping. Thank you very much, dear Pioch family, it will remain an unforgettable holiday for us!

HalloFrau und Herr Pioch,
wir bedanken uns für den freundlichen Empfang und die schönen Urlaubstage die wir bei Ihnen im Haus A verbringen durften.Da wir jeden Tag schönes Wetter hatten,konnten wir das Mecklenburger Land ausgiebig erkunden.Bei Ihnen im Haus konnten wir im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes die Waldesruhe genießen.Morgens aufstehen und frühstücken und nur das Singen der Vögel im Wald zu höhren und abends nach erfolgreicher Erkundung des Mecklenburger Landes die Ruhe des Waldes genießen,einfach himmlisch,nicht zu toppen.Wir planen schon den nächsten Urlaub bei Ihnen.Nochmals vielen Dank

einfach nur Ruhe und Erholung
Wer sich für seinen Urlaub Entspannung wünscht, sollte sich für diese Lage entscheiden.
Rundum Natur pur, ob Wald oder Wasser, aber dafür ohne jeglichen Stress mit Funk und Fernsehen, oder Internet.
Es ist also für durch Arbeit etwas gestresste Menschen wärmsten zu empfehlen.

ruhiger,erholsamer Urlaub in Loiz
Wir verbrachten hier kurzfristig einen ruhigen,erholsamen Urlaub mit unserem Hund.
Von den Gastgebern wurden wir sehr freundlich aufgenommen.Der Bungalow ist sehr sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen.Wer ohne Fernseher und Radio auskommt ist hier an der richtigen Stelle.Sehr schöne Umgebung zum Rad fahren und wandern.
Im Ganzen hatten wir hier einen extrem tollen Urlaub bei total netten Gastgebern.

Abtauchen und die Seele baumeln lassen
Für 12 Tage sind wir abgetaucht fernab von den Pflichten des Alltags. In dem hübschen Ferienhaus konnten wir wunderbar zur Ruhe kommen. Wir waren sehr angetan vom stil- und liebevollen Ambiente. Der Kaminofen und die Sauna entschädigten uns für den verzögerten Sommerstart. Dank der überdachten Westterasse konnten wir abends grillen und uns kulinarisch selbst verwöhnen.
Verlässt man das Grundstück, steht man sofort in der Natur des Waldes.
