The holiday home is located in the urbanisation Foya Blanca, which belongs to Alfaz del Pi. Alfas del Pi is a quiet coastal town located between Altea and Benidorm on the Costa Blanca.
The Catholic church of Cristo del Buen Acierto, built in 1784, is worth seeing, and the town's symbol, a pine tree, grows on its grounds. The town holds an annual film festival.
The amusement parks Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and Mundomar can be reached by car in a few minutes.
