This exclusive holiday home is located in Liznjan, a small fishing village, near the famous tourist town of Medulin. Medulin leaves almost nothing to be desired. Kids love this place, sand / pebble beaches, countless playgrounds, a water slide and rides the shuttle train offer the youngest an exciting environment to be discovered. One of the biggest highlights of course part of the Family- / Luna Park. Peace-seeking guests the many coves and secluded beaches restful relaxation. Evening you can enjoy the time with a stroll through the many souvenir stalls, with the Family Park visit or simply enjoy the sunset in a cozy beach bar and can relax. In the extreme south of Istria, on a small hill, located Ližnjan - a secret of ideal coast of Ližnjan has beautiful and pristine beaches in a length of even 28 km, where you can still find a personal contact with the Mediterranean - a lonely nice piece of shore, where you can enjoy the company of rushing waves and the chirping of crickets. A small picturesque port tells us that the inhabitants today, as well as thousands of years ago, deal with fishing, and they blessed the sea abundant with good things that you definitely try one of the restaurants or homes of the friendly hosts should. An undiscovered jewel is the small island Levan, located in front of the shores of the location, with a beautiful sandy beach and three taverns; an ideal place for the adventurous who want to experience something different from the sea. Ližnjan and the sea that surrounds it, is indicated on the maps of many windsurfers and divers who are there the best and most beautiful places for their passion while cycle touring on the shore, which run through a landscape of extraordinary beauty, for all are intended those who have opted for an active holiday. Very gladly again
Very nice welcome by the landlady, who was also always approachable. Great support.
The house left nothing to be desired, everything was available that one needed, and also in sufficient numbers.
The highlight was the pool, which was extensively used.
The house is located away from the hustle and bustle and offers tranquility.
We will be happy to come back.

Great family vacation
We had a very nice and peaceful vacation. The house is equipped with everything you need. We were warmly greeted by the nice landlady. She was always available if you had any questions and always helpful. We would definitely recommend the house. Best regards.

Beautiful house in a quiet location
We had a great time at the holiday home Mary. Starting with a friendly welcome and tour of the house. The rooms are big enough and everything is very clean and appealing. The kitchen is well equipped, there is washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs etc....
At the front of the house there is a seating area with a gas barbecue. This is where we mostly stayed to eat
The beds are very good and guarantee a restful sleep. The three bedrooms are on the upper level of the house, as are the two bathrooms. Another guest toilet is on the ground floor
The pool is cleaned once a week by a pool service. It is big enough and the water is super clean. Next to the pool is a shower with warm water and there is another seating area of very good quality. Furthermore, there are four comfortable loungers of the same equipment. This really invites you to relax.
The house is fenced all around and there are two parking spaces directly on the property. The road to the house is gravelled but easy to drive on.
There are various beaches in the area for different needs (families with children, dogs, nature lovers...), everyone can get their money's worth here. In Liznjan there is a pharmacy, a few restaurants and two small shops for small needs. In Medulin there is a lot of tourist activity, with the usual stalls and restaurants on every corner. There are also supermarkets for larger purchases
The whole area there is a bit hilly, the streets of Medulin are quite narrow and most of them are one-way streets. But once you get used to it, it's ok. We always went to the beaches by car, it was too far for us to walk with our swimming costumes.
We gave it five points because the attractive house is quiet but centrally located, everything was very clean and the service was very friendly

Sehr gut! Sehr sehr gerne wieder!!
Das Haus war wirklich sehr gut , sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden was man für die tage braucht. Viel platz gerade für eine größere Urlaubsgruppe.
Der Pool, garten und essecke draußen waren sehr sauber und boten viel platz! Man hatte auch viel ruhe von nachbarn und konnte daher sehr gut entspannen. Auch wenn man etwas lauter war wurde nichts von nachbarn gesagt! Preis Leistung war super!! Zum strand musste man zwar mit dem auto aber auch das war kein problem! Für familien und wie gesagt größere gruppen (6 pers) sehr zu empfehlen. Als wir fahren mussten war die vermieterin auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn ich könnte hätte ich noch 10 tage dran gehängt!! Einfach super..10 Daumen hoch

Erwartungen wurden übertroffen!
Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen total übertroffen. Wir sind mit 6 Personen dort gewesen und hätten 3 Schlafzimmer und drei Badezimmer mit 2 Duschen. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen aber dennoch nah am Stadtzentrum Medulins. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Erster Urlaub mit Hund
Erstmal vielen Dank für die nette Begrüßung der Vermieterin und die hervorragende Ausstattung des Hauses.Es war einfach alles da,was man brauchte...sogar Toilettenpapier und Spültabs für den Geschirrspüler waren vorhanden,das gibt extra einen Pluspunkt.Der Pool war ein Traum und der Garten wirklich nett angelegt.Man konnte sich wirklich nur wohlfühlen..Unser Hund fühlte sich auch sehr wohl und war total relaxed.Für die größeren Kinder ist das Haus etwas abgelegen und man brauchte immer ein Auto, um an den Strand zu kommen.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren reichlich vorhanden und in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
Vielen lieben Dank für alles,eine gute Zeit und ein Wiedersehen ist nicht ausgeschlossen

Topgepflegte, wunderbar ruhig gelegene 5* Unterkunft
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem modernen, neuwertigen, funktionell ausgestattetem Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt abseits der Hauptstrasse Liznjans, was uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern entgegenkam. Das Haus ist großzügig und hochwertig ausgestattet. Drei Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 3 Toiletten, Küche mit Essbereich, Wohnbereich mit SAT-TV, großer Balkon und natürlich eine tolle Terasse (mit Grill)auf der es sich wunderbar frühstücken ließ. Es fehlte uns an nichts, das identische Nachbarhaus hat zusätzlich einen Pool, den wir nach Absprache ebenfalls nutzen durften. Zur Erkundung der Umgebung mit Kindern ist ein Auto notwendig, auch für den Weg an den Strand, egal ob nach Medulin oder Liznjan. Erwachsene oder größere Kinder können dies aber auch zu Fuss oder per Rad schaffen. Der Kontakt zur herzlichen Vermieterin war jederzeit und problemlos möglich, sie hat sich sofort um kleine und große Anliegen gekümmert und hat auch Tipps zur Tagesgestaltung gegeben.
Wir hatten eine schöne (wie immer im Urlaub leider zu kurze) Zeit und können das Haus in Bezug auf Preis/Leistung, Service und Freundlichkeit uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ruhig gelegen und ideal für Familien
Sehr freundliche und hilfbereite Gastgeber und gut auf deutsch kommunizierbar. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas abseits vom Diskolärm der Partymeile Medulins und daher kann man auch den Urlaub geniessen. Ausstattung alles neu oder sehr gepflegt. Prädikat empfehlenswert für Familien. Das Ferienhaus Joy hat zusätzlich einen Pool, den wir aber nicht vermisst haben....

Vicinity of the holiday home: Medulin ist überfüllt, aber der Strand in Liznjan kann mit SUV über Feldwege gut erreicht werden und dann kann man auch ein erholenderes Stranderlebnis geniessen
free time activities: Suedspitze der istrischen Halbinsel ist leicht zu erreichen und bietet ausreichend Attraktionen für jeden Geschmack
shopping facilities: Kaufland und Bauhaus ca. 8km in Pula hat alles, was man in der Küche begehrt oder zur Freizeit noch benötigt.

Schöner Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes Liznjan in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Für Familien mit Kindern perfekt, da keine Verkehrsstraße in der Nähe. Das Haus ist groß, sauber und sicherlich mit dem Notwendigsten ausgerüstet. Der Pool hat einen schöne Größe und wird regelmäßig auf Sauberkeit kontrolliert. Es sind 3 große Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder vorhanden. Die Vermitterin kümmert sich rührend um die Urlauber und organisiert auch mal einen Autowerkstatttermin am Wochenende. :-)
Zum netten Strand von Liznjan fährt man mit dem Auto keine 5 Minuten. Das Auto benötigt man auch für Einkaufsfahrten ins benachbarte Medulin oder natürlich für die Sehenswürdigkeiten, jedoch ist man zügig auch in Pula oder auf der Mautstraße. Uns hat der Urlaub mit Familie in der Natur gut gefallen. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt, im Garten gespielt und die Erwachsenen auf der großen Terrasse oder den Liegestühlen entspannt.
