It offers enough space for 5 people on 230 sqm living space and approx. 100 sqm terrace area. A fantastic sea view to the rock of Gibraltar offers itself from the three terraces. It is an end row house directly at one of 3 pools (approx. 15 m long). The house is situated in the first row with direct sea view.
You can also reach almost untouched beaches on foot (easier by car, but then also directly to the beach). The house is more than fully equipped:-3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom en-suite with whirlpool, shower and two washbasins, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 guest toilet, marble floors, integrated air-conditioning in all living rooms, Siemens home appliances (dishwasher, cooker, oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer), 46-inch LED TV in the living and master bedroom, furthermore in the playroom: billiard/air hockey table/table tennis; WLAN (included), German and international satellite TV

The house is in an absolutely quiet location about 500 m as the crow flies from the Mediterranean Sea.
The breathtaking view from all three floors over the Bay of Gibraltar to Africa during a sundowner from the roof terrace will make you forget any stress. For golf fans, some of the best golf courses are in the immediate vicinity, the Volvo-Master Club de Golf de Valderrama in Sotogrande.
Excursions to Morocco, Gibraltar, Ronda are perfect. Dream beaches and surfing possibilities in Tarifa but also Estepona are right on the doorstep.
Within 3 minutes you will find almost untouched beaches on the Mediterranean coast. The house is close to Estepona on one side and Sotogrande on the other in a quiet residential area.
All shopping facilities are in nearby San Luis de Sabinillas or in Sotogrande.

Service charges: - The prices are for the use of 5 persons. Each additional person is charged 200 € per week or 30 € per day. Terms of payment: - After reservation of the house a deposit of 25% of the rental price has to be paid within 5 days - The full balance of the rental price including the surcharge is to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. - Cancellations: 12-8 weeks before arrival: 75% refund 7-4 weeks: 50% 3 weeks and less before arrival: no refund Check-in/Check-out: - Check-in is after 4pm on the day of arrival - Check-out is on the day of departure before 10 a.m - For arrivals or departures during off-peak hours (8 p.m. - 8 a.m.), a night fee of € 25 is payable in each case |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
