The apartment is located on the northern Adriatic coast, in the small, quiet town of Povile near Novi Vinodolski. It has an area of 220 m² surrounded by a 500 m² private garden. The apartment is 100m from the beaches, which are made of pebbles, stones, and concrete. Equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, flat WiFi, and washing machine. Outside the house, there is a grill house with a fixed grill and benches. In Povile there are several restaurants offering fish and meat dishes. Wonderful holiday!
The landlord and his family are so nice! Always trying to make a great holiday possible! Really great tips for activities, beaches and more
The flat has a fantastic location! The view is a dream! The furnishings are new and well maintained, everything is clean and stylish!
Air conditioning, internet and TV work without problems
The outdoor area with barbecue is very cosy and invites you to linger
A short walk of a few minutes and you are at a beautiful little beach!
It was a fantastic holiday! The children felt right at home and had a lot of fun! We will gladly come back and look forward to such great landlords!

Internet und Tv funktionieren uberhaupt nicht, Wohnung war nicht sauber gereinigt, bei der Ankunft lagen Fingernägel auf den Boden, müssten komplett selbst erneuert die Wohnung putzen obwohl für die Reinigung bezahlt wurde. Der Herr Besitzer geht in die Wohnungen mit seinen eigenen Wohnunschlüssel rein,wenn die Mieter sich auf den Strand befinden. Kein gutes Parkplatz Möglichkeit.Neues Auto war nach drei Tagen beschädigt.

Das Haus wurde 2019 teilweise renoviert und mit neuen Keramikfliesen, neuen Möbeln in einem Teil der Zimmer, neuen Möbeln in den Wohnzimmern und einem neuen WLAN-Router ausgestattet. Neue Fernseher und moderne Holzterrassenmöbel sind ebenfalls installiert. Vielen Dank im Voraus und herzlich willkommen !!
