Our " Bungalow by the lake " ( approx. 120 m² ) was completely renovated and refurbished in 2013. It stands alone
on a separate approx. 1000 m² plot of land, the m² holiday complex, directly on Lake Holzendorf.
The property is surrounded by a lawn and a variety of trees, shrubs and flowers.
The terrace (south side with lake view), with 2 tables, 12 chairs and charcoal grill, leads into the conservatory with a large dining table and 12 chairs. From the conservatory you enter the hallway. It has space for jackets and shoes and a large fridge with freezer compartment and microwave
From the hallway you enter the following rooms
- small bedroom no. 1 with 1 bunk bed + wardrobe
- Bedroom no. 2 with 2 box-spring beds, wardrobe, 2 chairs and TV-table with 40 inch LED-Sat-TV
- Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin
- Kitchen with 4-plate ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine
- large bedroom no. 3 with 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, wardrobe, 2 chairs, TV table with 48 inch LED Sat-TV.
Next is the living room with dining table and 6 chairs, 65 inch LED TV and a large corner couch. Past the back wall of the fireplace you reach both bedrooms 4 and 5. The right bedroom has 1 double and 1 single bed, 1 wardrobe and 2 chairs. On the wall opposite the 3 beds is a 48 inch LED TV. The left bedroom has a double bed, which is electrically height-adjustable in the head and foot area. There is also 1 couch, 1 wardrobe and 2 chairs in the room. Opposite on the wall there is also a 48 inch LED satellite TV.
Between the two bedrooms is the 2nd bathroom (suitable for wheelchair users), consisting of a washbasin, raised WC and a walk-in shower (underfloor heating).
In the whole house a colourful and shapely vinyl flooring has been laid.
The two shower bathrooms are tiled on walls and floor.
The house is heated with 3 night storage heaters, 1 underfloor heating and 1 Mediterranean fireplace.
The parking space is 20 m behind the house.

The holiday village Ferienparadies "Schweriner Seenplatte" is located in Dabel OT Holzendorf, 4 km from Sternberg, in the nature park region "Sternberger Seenland". The property is 2.5 hectares in size and lies directly on Holzendorf Lake. In the 200 m long shore strip there are 3 in-house bathing places. The bathing area at the campfire site is shallow, 80 m to the left the four-legged friends can swim, and 200 m in the direction of the forest is the bathing area for friends of nudism - "FKK-Strand". From 4 places, on our property at the lake, the anglers can try their "Petri luck" from land. On and near the two fishing jetties there are 2 benches each and 3 pedal boats and 10 rowing boats. In the park there are benches, a lawn for sunbathing and a campfire site. There are 2 playgrounds, both with seesaw, swing, slide and climbing frame, 1 beach and 1 volleyball court, football tennis, football and basketball and 3 table tennis tables. In our games hall there is a pool table, air hockey, table football skill tester. In the cinema room you can watch the DVD you brought with you. All houses and apartments face south and have a lake view - with balcony or terrace, garden furniture and charcoal barbecue. there is a campfire once a week

Fishing holiday
We were a group of 8 anglers, who enjoyed their week there very much. The fishing success was also there with pikes ranging from 50 - 86 cm and perch over 32 cm. The weather was good and the location is absolutely peaceful there.
