The holiday home has a living area of 80 sqm and is bright, cosy and furnished with all comforts and offers space for 5 people with its 3 bedrooms. It has 2 terraces where you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day.
On the ground floor, you enter the cosily furnished living room with adjoining kitchen from the hallway with wardrobe. The living room with leather couch and LCD TV invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchen with large dining table has a ceramic hob with oven, fridge with integrated freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and many other kitchen utensils to make everyday life easier. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. In the bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet you will find a hairdryer and the washing machine. The utility room, where you will also find the tumble dryer, offers space for suitcases and all kinds of small items.
From the living room you reach the first floor. Here you will find two more bedrooms and a small bathroom with washbasin and toilet. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, children's travel bed and cosy sitting area. Opposite is a bedroom with 1 single bed, wardrobe and a small TV.
The holiday home is a non-smoking house and so that allergy sufferers also feel comfortable, no pets are allowed.

The quietly located detached holiday home Friesendiek is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on a 380 sqm plot in the coastal seaside resort of Neßmersiel. The sandy beach with its colourful beach chairs and a beautiful view of the islands of Baltrum and Norderney is 2,100 m away. A small supermarket with bakery as well as the playground can be reached in 200 m. The quiet and tranquil coastal seaside resort of Neßmersiel offers eventful leisure time and real downtime. During the tourist development of this place, conscious attention was paid to promoting gentle tourism without bed castles. On the sandy beach you can enjoy the view of the islands from colourful beach chairs. You can go mudflat hiking with the whole family in the Wadden Sea National Park and to the islands of Norderney and Baltrum. There is a small supermarket and bakery on the village square and several good restaurants in the old village centre. You can easily reach the bicycle rental on foot and explore the beautiful East Frisian landscape. Should the weather be bad, your children can let off steam in the indoor play park 'Sturmfrei'. The WellNessmersiel with sauna, cosmetics and massages also leaves nothing to be desired for the adults.

Nordseeurlaub Mai 2022
Das war unser erster Urlaub im Ferienhaus Friesendiek und ganz sicher nicht der letzte!
Dieses Häuschen ist liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet, blitzsauber und lichtdurchflutet - wir fühlten uns sofort zu Hause. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, im Gartenhaus findet man neuwertige Gartenmöbel und einen Grill, alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt.
Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und die eine Woche Ferien aus vollem Herzen genossen.
