The old Frisian house was in 2012 completely renovated and equipped with all modern facilities of today from the inside! 4 bedrooms 8 people, modern kitchen with Geschirrspuehler and combi microwave. Big kitchen with. Living room with TV / DVD player and WIFI. Bathroom with shower, sink and separate toilet. They also have a washer and dryer at your disposal. You have 2 bedrooms below and above 2 bedroom. All are hotel beds so as 1 Pers. to use bed.
The house is perfect for 1 or 2 families vacationing into the open, cycling holidays, boating holidays, boating holidays or fishing holidays. Also ideal as a home for motorcycle drivers!

The house is in the free, you have the left and right a farm. You look at the "Langesloot" channel where the day boats go by. From your terrace to enjoy with Sudlage. Private jetty 40 mtr.
Garden has large lawn and terrace with Sudlage, from where you can enjoy the boats all day. The garden is ideal for young children who can run and play and your dog can live without a leash. Several Stellplaetzte the house for cars or motorcycles. Large shed also for bicycles, motorcycles available.
3 Km to Lemmer. The place is located in the south of the province North Holland, called Friesland. It is a place of age Fisher. Friesland is full of beautiful lakes. You will find all possibilities of water sports activities in this area and enjoy the relaxation of the water. Many restaurants you can visit by boat. The beach of Lemmer is very attractive for a walk or play area for children.

Wir kommen wieder!
Wir waren zum 2 x in Lemmer und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist top,die Schlafzimmer etwas klein,aber zum schlafen völlig ausreichend! Wir werden kommendes Jahr wieder Efkes mieten,da es für die Kids und Hunde optimal war. Das es etwas außerhalb liegt hat uns nicht im geringsten gestört.Man sollte unbedingt ein Boot dazu mieten!!!!
Ich kann Nina und ihr Team nur jedem Empfehlen!
