Our 200-year-old farmhouse has been lovingly renovated, converted, extended and modernised in recent years. In the basement there is now a cosy Montafonerstube with tiled stove next to a modern kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a shower with toilet, another spacious bathroom with a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor there are 3 more double bedrooms and a laundry room with WC. The house is equipped with a combination heating (wood/heat pump). The combination of old and new, cosiness and comfort give the house a unique living flair and thus make it distinctive.

The house is situated in an idyllic location with a wonderful view of the fantastic mountain scenery at the entrance to the Silbertal - about 2 minutes by car from the lift, which takes you directly to the nearest skiing area Hochjoch. The centre of Schruns is about 3 minutes away by car, the centre of Silbertal is also about 3 minutes away by car. In both villages you will find several restaurants with good home-style cooking. By the way, you can also reach them comfortably by bus within a few minutes, as the bus stop is only about 180 m away from the house.
Silbertal lies at an altitude of 900 m and stretches over almost 20 km, the valley with a romantic torrent flowing through it. An Eldorado for those seeking adventure and recreation throughout the year. Friends of winter hiking and snowshoeing as well as skiing and snowboarding will not miss out. Panoramic cross-country ski trail, ski school and ski kindergarten are right next to the Kristberg cable car.
The Kristberg cable car, located directly in the village area, takes you to one of the most beautiful vantage points in the Montafon. Away from the hustle and bustle, lie in the sun, go snowshoeing, skiing, tobogganing, winter hiking, ski touring paradise, cross-country skiing on the panoramic Kristberg trail, or just relax and feel good.
