Description
This detached house with "lake view" is only 80m from the shore
of the Vilzsee. 70sqm of stone and wood terrace run around the whole house. Upstairs there is a small balcony with a panoramic view. There are the two bedrooms (1,50m x 2m and 1,80m x 2m beds, pull-out couch). The bathroom with shower is also located here. The entire holiday home is equipped with underfloor heating, tiles and wood laminate flooring.
The living area with dining room and kitchen is on the ground floor, as is a second shower room. It is very light-flooded due to its special open construction. On colder days, the fireplace can be fired here.
The kitchen offers plenty of space and is fully equipped. An additional freezer box is available for anglers. The 1000 sqm natural garden plot is fenced in.
In addition to a large lawn and meadow area, there is also a parking area for cars, a bicycle shed and a storage area for boats
as well as a storage area for boats (these can be rented). For the garden, terrace and balcony area, there is garden furniture and loungers for 6 people. Two barbecues and a fireplace are also available.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in Diemitz on a hill, the Rübenberg, directly on the Vilzsee. You can reach the shore via a paved path.
The road at the Rübenberg branches off from the Dorfstraße / (MST4), which also leads to Mirow. Embedded in the hilly landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District with its vast forests, meadows and fields lies the village of Diemitz, surrounded by 6 beautiful lakes. Here, south of the Müritz, on the edge of the Müritz National Park and on the canals of the Müritz-Havel waterway, there are numerous beautiful excursions and tours. The house is located on the Rübenberg at the edge of the village in the direction of the Diemitzer Schleuse. It is only a short distance to the shore of Lake Vilz, where you will also find direct lake access for canoes. You can reach the village's sandy beach along the lakeside path in 5 minutes on foot. Here you will find a jetty, a beach volleyball court, a football pitch, a basketball court and a playground. The village centre, where the village church is located, is a 10-minute walk away. At the Diemitz lock (1km away) there is a restaurant, a shop and a boat rental. In addition, you will find other good restaurants and boat rentals in the area. Castle visits in Mirow, Rheinsberg and Neustrelitz are worthwhile. Concerts and cultural events are held here regularly

Sehr schön, wir kommen wieder!
Wir waren 10 Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Hatten vorher beim Vermieter angefragt, ob auch unser Hund mit darf - alles kein Problem. Das Haus ist ganz neu und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Besonders die Ausstattung fanden wir gut. Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles da, was man sich wünschen kann.
Im großen Garten ist viel Platz zum Ausruhen, Sonnen und Grillen. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung haben wir die Fahrräder und das Kanu benutzt. TOP!
Abzug gibt es einzig für die Lage: Da man es dort schön abgelegen und ruhig hat, muss man Erledigungen immer mit dem Auto (oder für Sportliche mit dem Fahrrad) erledigen.
