A holiday home that appeals not only to families with children. Completely renovated, the modernly furnished & detached holiday home offers plenty of space on 140 sqm. It has 7 sleeping places, the bedroom (SZ) *RELAX* with box spring double bed is on the ground floor, another large SZ *RuheZone* with double bed and baby cot is on the ground floor. In our pastel pink children's room *LILLY* you will find two single beds, in the brand new designed children's room *Little Feather* a cosy bunk bed. The holiday home has 2 modern bathrooms with shower or shower and tub and a separate WC/bidet.
Furthermore, we provide 2 high chairs and 4 bicycles free of charge.
The approx. 600 sqm property is completely fenced and includes a garage and up to 2 parking spaces!

Location and surroundings of object
The house is in a prime location. The beach is about 300 metres away. You can also reach the centre of the village in just 3 minutes on foot. Schillig is a small (cul-de-sac) village at the outer "tip" of the Jade Bay, situated directly on the coast and therefore without through traffic. Despite the peace and quiet, you will find everything you need for your daily needs in the small village centre. Baker, small supermarket, ice cream parlour, restaurant and a wellness facility. Only 10 minutes away by car, there are numerous sports facilities. In Hooksiel you can water ski, surf, kite, swim in the wave pool, go horseback riding and much more. If the weather is bad, the play barn offers lots of fun. Or you can simply play one of the games from our huge game collection.

Wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage
Wir sind nun schon das 3. Mal in Ihrem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und ich kann sagen, dass wir auch diesen Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen haben.
Immer wieder durften wir uns auf eine Überraschung freuen, da Frau Heimann jedes Jahr einen der Räume neu und liebevoll gestaltet.
In diesem Haus kann man sich nur wohlfühlen. Es fehlte uns an nichts.
Auch als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge ist es wunderbar gelegen. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, für die Kleineren gibt es einen großen Spielplatz.
Vielen Dank auch für die riesige Spielesammlung - unsere Kinder waren hellauf begeistert.
Wir freuen uns bereits auf unseren nächsten Urlaub!
