Set amidst a paradisiacal garden surrounded by stately cypresses, oleanders and palm trees, the Quinta da Ferradura is located in the heart of the Eastern Algarve and invites relaxation and fun-seeking guests to a luxurious holiday. Most visitors call the 60sqm pool and the varied colorful garden as the main reason for their early return, but also the well-maintained overall condition and the great facilities are in vain ...
The house, built in the form of a horseshoe (Ferradura), opens with large windows to the south-east, where only a few neighboring houses can be seen in the distance. So the holidaymakers enjoy absolute privacy on all terraces and in the pool area.
At the Quinta da Ferradura everyone will find a place to taste ... Whether under palm trees on the green lawn, on one of the covered or open terraces or in the cozy pavilion between cacti and fruit trees, far down on the 8500sqm, completely fenced plot. If the sun gets too hot in the meantime, there is cooling in the pool or in the air-conditioned living room. There is a sofa set for relaxing, TV, internet, music and books. The large dining table is suitable for social games or extensive menus, which can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. A mobile charcoal grill is also available in the covered outdoor area.
Through the 'horseshoe' with large windows, Portuguese 'azulejos' and small Algarve photo gallery, one enters the sleeping wing with three double rooms and respective bathroom. From the master bedroom with large bathroom en suite, the guest can bounce almost directly into the pool in the morning or marvel at the strelizien and bougainvilleas in front of the terrace ... So should be holidays!

Ferradura
A beautiful, well-maintained, spacious complex with all Mediterranean plants. The pool offers fun for big and small and there are sheltered spots everywhere with a wonderful view.
The living-bedrooms are spacious and well equipped, all around a place to feel good and relax.

A Lucky Horseshoe
My husband and I arrived at Quinta da Ferradura and immediately fell enamoured
with it. It is a well situated, maintained secured and equipped Villa in the Algarve. Not far from Montcarpacio, Feuzeta or Olhão. The surroundings are very private and peaceful. We were impressed with the efficiency of the fireplace which provided warm and cozy evenings. The air con augmented the heating if a fire was not lit. We did not require the gas heat at all. The landscaping is mature and lovely with fresh rosemary, lemons and oranges available. Being from Canada this is a huge thing for us. The beds were so comfortable and the shower functioned very well. We enjoyed strolls through the countryside and found a lovely walk to Marieta’s Cafe for a treat.

Algarve 2021 with grandma & grandpa
After 2 years of vacation abstinence, we were back at the Algarve. When we are there, we take advantage of the excellent service of the Röver family and rent a holiday home from their portfolio. The Quinta Ferradura was the most beautiful and largest house we had rented up to that point. Mega large pool and almost too big for 4 people. If you want to relax and have an individual holiday, it is highly recommended. We will also book with Ostalgarve.com and the Röver family in the future. Highly recommended. Glorious
We spent a wonderful vacation in a dreamlike Quinta. A wonderful pool, nestled in a lovingly landscaped, hidden property. We have been spending our vacation in the Algarve for many years - Quinta Ferradura is one of the houses where we felt most comfortable. We immediately booked for next year as well.

Sehr schönes Hideaway
Wir waren zu zweit da und hatten eine wunderschön entspannte Zeit. Der große Pool, die ungestörte Lage und der Garten haben uns besonders begeistert.
Das Haus ist komfortabel und praktisch. Man kann sich super selbst versorgen. Ein Auto benötigt man jedoch unbedingt für alle Besorgungen.

Eine exelente Villa
Die Villa gehört einer Deutschen Familie und so ist sie auch gepflegt. Vor allem der mit viel Liebe gestaltete Park ist eine Augenweide. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist kaum zu toppen!

Erholsamer Sommerurlaub
Wir haben mit 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 große Kinder) dort Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen, ist dafür aber sehr ruhig. Unser Navi (Google Maps) hat es auch direkt gefunden, so dass die Anreise ab Faro mit dem Mietwagen kein Problem war.
Die Küche ist für Selbstversorger super ausgestattet. Wir haben jedenfalls nichts vermisst.
Das Grundstück ist schön eingewachsen und dadurch sehr idyllisch. Sehr genossen haben wir das Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit dem schönen Blick in den Garten.
Der Pool ist schön groß, um auch ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Drumherum gibt es ausreichend sonnige oder auch schattige Plätze zum Ruhen, Lesen usw.
Sowieso hat hat uns östliche Algarve mit den kleineren Ortschaften, den Lagunenstränden rund um die Ria Formosa sehr gut gefallen.
Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist auch der sehr gute Service der Familie Röver beginnend bei der Buchungsabwicklung bis hin zur Betreuung vor Ort
Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

Einfach Urlaub pur
Wir durften 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem tollen Haus verbringen. Es ist wirklich alles wie auf den Fotos und es lässt keine Wünsche offen.
In der Küche alles vorhanden, genug Handtücher werden zur Verfüggung gestellt und auch der Service ist sehr freundlich.
Vielen Dank nochmal an Fam.Röver, wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Dreamtime
four of us (2 adults and 2 children) stayed at the Quinta da Ferradura for 14 days and enjoyed the house, the beautiful garden with a view and the pool very much thanks to the summer temperatures. Mrs and Mr Röver were very nice and always helpful. A car should be rented. Many beautiful beaches, excursion destinations (including Montarosa (olive oil), Nova Cortiça (cork processing factory), salt production and spa in Castro Marim, etc) and shopping opportunities (larger centres and especially on Saturdays the farmers' market in Olhão right on the water) are easily accessible
It was just great and we are thinking of coming back!

We were completely satisfied
We liked the house very much, nothing was missing. Since we always want a quiet accommodation with privacy, we made exactly the right decision. The pool as well as the garden were very nice and we could enjoy it in very good weather.
