Our Scandinavian-style holiday home is idyllically located directly on the North Sea dike. The 4-star holiday home is family- and pet-friendly and offers you the perfect basis for a relaxing holiday. It is also worth mentioning that Schillig has a maritime climate, which offers you relaxation and a varied holiday.
Horumersiel-Schillig is one of Germany's most popular holiday resorts, with around 1 million overnight stays every year. The special geographical semi-island location, affectionately referred to by guests as the Cape of Good Rest, with its maritime stimulating climate, the pure and clear air of the North Sea and a constant gentle breeze. Nestled in vast green marshland on one side and framed by the blue of the sea on the other. The ideal environment for anyone looking for a varied holiday and relaxation or planning a spa stay.

Ruhiger und erholsamer Jahreswechsel mit ein wenig Ärgernis
Der Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft der Fam. Tobergte war super-schön. Das Haus hat fast alles um eine Familie, mit Kindern, Oma und Opa und Hund glücklich zu machen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr vorteilhaft. Wandern am Strand, in die nähere Umgebung, Restaurationen in rauhen Mengen, Städte zum Anschauen und und und.
Was mich persönlich allerdings sehr geärgert hat, es war trotz fälliger Kurabgaben alles in allem eher etwas schmuddelig (Kot-Tüten, Kaffee-to-go-Becher alles flog herum).
Besonders traurig, dass die lieben anderen Hundebesitzer, die entweder die Hinterlassenschaften Ihrer vierbeinigen Begleiter gar nicht weg geräumt haben oder die Tüten mit den Hinterlassenschaften einfach in das Naturschutzgebiet entsorgt haben. Auffällig waren auch Mülltonnen am Deich die vor Müll überquollen. SCHADE, das hat mich sehr abgeschreckt. Vor allem weil wir für 4 Erw. und 2 Kinder 16 Euro Kurabgaben zahlen mussten. :-(
An Fam. Tobergte aber einen Daumen hoch für das gemütliche Haus!!!

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Ferienhaus Schillig
Wir verbrachten einen super Urlaub in dem Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch. Die neue Wohnanlage bietet seinen ganz persönlichen Reiz. Eine Schranke verhindet ungebetene Gäste sodass man seine Ruhe hat.
Der Sandstrand ist in 5min zu Fuß erreicht. Unser Hund kam dort auch auf seine Kosten, da dieser Strandabschnitt für Hunde erlaubt ist. Zurück in dem Ferienhaus heißten wir den Kamin an und haben den Urlaub genossen. Super zu dieser Jahreszeit ist auch die hauseigene Sauna und Whirpool.
Kurz und knapp - Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer super Umgebung. Es ist nur ein "katzensprung" bis zum schönen Strand. Gerade zu der Jahreszeit, wo wir in Schillig waren, kann man die Gegend in Ruhe genießen
shopping facilities: Da wir nicht in der Hauptsaison dort waren, hatten die meisten Geschäfte in Schillig noch geschlossen. Jedoch ist der nächste Ort nicht weit gelegen und man kann einen schönen Spaziergang machen.
Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus super wohl gefühlt sodass es uns nicht gestört hat.
