Large, very well-equipped detached villa on a large Mediterranean garden plot with its own private pool only 1000 meters from the crystal clear sea and white sandy beach of "La Maddalena" area CAPOTERRA (Cagliari). All rooms are on one level and provide sufficient space for accommodation of max. 8 people. On a floor space of about 200 square meters, the facilities break down as follows: A friendly plan living / dining room - 1 fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher - 2 bedrooms with double beds - 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds - 4 bathroom with shower / WC / bidet - very beautiful large covered and furnished terrace with barbecue facilities. In this more than 100 years restored and generously appointed detached villa your vacation will remain determined positive memory. In the basement area are still the old wine barrels from earlier times, for a possession among their own vineyards areas that have been pressed to the hotel's own wine and stored. A huge self-contained well-kept Mediterranean garden plot with our own private pool does the rest to spend a relaxing holiday.
This villa is located about 18 km from Cagliari airport in the area "Torre degli Ulivi" CAPOTERRA. The sea and the nearest white sandy beach "La Maddalena" can easily be reached in only about 1200 m
Shopping and service options, bars and restaurants can be reached partly on foot. Sports facilities (Water sports - Golf - Tennis - Horse riding) are available in the territory. More beautiful beaches as "CHIA" - "Santa Margherita" and "Tuerredda" are also within easy reach by car.
The idyllic holiday PULA (approximately 6,000 inhabitants.) With all the shopping, dining and tourist performances is about 12 km away. Distance from the airport CAGLIARI 18 km - from OLBIA approx 3 hours drive and ALGHERO approx 2 hours.
Transfer to / from the airport to CAGLIARI possible on request.
