Description
This modern and light-flooded holiday home scores with its fantastic location in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz - directly on the Schlei with access to the bathing area and a view of Schleimünde and the Baltic Sea.
There is a lot of comfort on all 3 floors, which creates a high feel-good factor Here, holiday dreams turn into reality!
The ground floor offers a large living room with adjoining open-plan kitchen, which has a comprehensive range of appliances so that many tasty meals can be prepared here. Technical entertainment is provided by the flat-screen TV with DVD player, an iPod docking station as well as a music system with CD and radio function and a PS3. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace, from where you can enjoy a direct view of the Schlei, Schleimünde and the Baltic Sea
On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with double bed and balcony, another bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with whirlpool bath, WC, washbasin and a hairdryer
On the 2nd floor you can really relax - media entertainment with the flat-screen TV or wellness time in the sauna with sea view: Holidays at the Ostseeresort Olpenitz can be this wonderful! From the second living room you have direct access to the roof terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful sunbath or simply browse through your favourite book
In addition, the house has WLAN and a washing machine. A private parking space directly in front of the house is reserved exclusively for holiday guests.
A pet is welcome, it is charged with 8,- € per night.
Due to its size, the holiday home "Witt Hus 1" is perfectly suitable for 4 people, but can also be rented for 5 people if required, the 5th person will be charged with an additional 15,- € per night.
Please note: The terrace furniture is sent on winter holiday from 01.11. - 31.03., but the beach chair is available on the terrace all year round.
For families or couples travelling together, it is a good idea to rent the holiday home "Witt Hus 1" together with the "Witt Hus 2", as these houses are right next to each other and have the same features.
Note: The "Ostsee Resort Olpenitz" is being developed from the former naval port of Olpenitz. The infrastructure, such as marina buildings, restaurants and roads are planned or under construction. Work on the development will continue in 2017/18 as well as in the following years, so that construction activities on the site and in the neighbourhood can be expected.

The holiday home "Witt Hus 1" is located in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, a district of Kappeln, only 20 metres from the Schlei - an inlet of the Baltic Sea. From the house you have a beautiful view of the Oehe-Schleimünde nature reserve and the Baltic Sea. The holiday home "Witt Hus 1" is located in the village of Port Olpenitz
Port Olpenitz is a district of the town of Kappeln. The centre of Kappeln is about 7 km away. Worth seeing here are the Schlei bascule bridge; Europe's only herring fence, which is still in operation; the St. Nikolai Church and the Amanda windmill. You should also visit the Föh fish smokehouse and the chocolate kitchen here.
Note: Our holiday property is located in the OstseeResort Olpenitz - This new holiday resort is currently still in the development and expansion phase, so that corresponding construction activities on the site are to be expected. The travel prices have already been adjusted to this circumstance.

Für alle was dabei!
Das Ferienhaus hat der ganzen Familie sehr gut gefallen! Am beliebtesten war allerdings die Sauna, in der wir uns an den kalten Novembertagen aufwärmen konnten. Gerne wieder!

It is perfect as it is!
The entire house and its furnishings were great, simple yet sophisticated. We were more than satisfied with the cleanliness as well!
