Description
The spacious wooden house offers room for 6 people. It is equipped with electric heating and also has a wood-burning stove for cosy hours. Firewood must be brought along.
The fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and freezer is adjacent to the living room with TV and CD radio. The two bedrooms have a double bed and a bunk bed respectively. A cot is also available. Further sleeping possibilities are offered by the ottoman in the living room and a single bed in the upper gallery (balcony not usable). All rooms have cosy wooden floors and are also furnished. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine.
A large terrace and lawn with garden furniture invite you to sit and play together.
Arrival from 2 pm, departure until 10 am. Bed linen and towels can be rented on request for 20 euros per person on site. From June to September, only weekly rentals are possible. Non-smoking house!!!!
There is an additional charge of 5 euros/person/night, no visitor's tax to the municipality!

The log cabin is located on a 500 sqm, fully fenced, dog-friendly plot in a holiday home area and offers year-round relaxation. The nearby beach is a 3-minute walk away. The shallow water is ideal for children and non-swimmers and 2°C warmer than the open Baltic Sea.
Extensive beach walks along the Bodden landscape to Ludwigsburg or Lubmin are delightful at any time of year. Watching the sunset from the steep shore in the evening hours is an experience for the senses.
On the grounds of the nearby holiday and leisure park there is a supermarket, a restaurant, a bowling alley, a playground and a surfing and kite school.
Your vehicle can be parked on the property.
For nature lovers, there are many opportunities for walks and bike rides through the adjacent nature reserve. Water sports enthusiasts will find ideal conditions for fishing, sailing, surfing and kiting on the Greifswalder Bodden.
The central location between the islands of Rügen and Usedom is an ideal starting point for exploring the region Hanshagen watermill, Eldena monastery ruins, Stralsund Ozeaneum, Peenemünde submarine museum, Freest harbour, Gristow nature experience park (pony rides, petting enclosure, traffic garden). And if you want to go shopping during your holiday, you can do so in the old Hanseatic city of Greifswald, which is well worth a visit.

Super Lage für Wassersport
Wir waren über Himmelfahrt dort und etwas enttäuscht, was die Sauberkeit betraf. Vielleicht waren wir auch die ersten Gäste in dieser Saison. Überall waren Spinnweben, das Geschirr im Schrank unsauber, Staub auf Nachtschränken/ Kamin/offene Regale und verdammt ausgekühlt das Haus. Man sollte darauf vorbereitet sein, dass die Heizung Nachtspeicheröfen sind und alles ausgeschaltet war. Da wäre Holz für den Ofen wohl das Mindeste, aber wir hatten zum Glück eigenes Holz dabei. 16 Grad im Haus war sehr ungemütlich. Für Fahrräder gab es keine Unterstellmöglichkeit und auch auch nichts zum Aufhängen im Garten für Neoprenanzüge sowie Wassersportzubehör. Das Entsorgen der gelben Säcke war eine Zumutung. Man sollte keinen zu hohen Anspruch haben und sehr kompromissbereit sein, wenn man das Haus mietet.

Very nice house!!!!
We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, cosy holiday home, especially our dogs (had a lot of run), as everything is barrier-free, except if you use the sleeping facility upstairs "flawless" .We were thrilled. The location and surroundings are quiet to relax and shopping is only a stone's throw away. We had fresh rolls from the local market and bistro (the fish rolls are to be recommended) at the campsite every morning. The food from the restaurant there tastes very good, we ordered it and were able to pick it up in a short time. Especially the sleeping trees are recommended in Loissin. On the whole, we experienced a lot and were out and about a lot. Many, many thanks to Mrs. Jantzen, she was always there to help us with words and deeds. We always like to come back. This house is totally recommendable. Once again, many thanks to Mrs Jantzen. Family Mike Haustein

Nur die Lage zählt
Leider ist das FH sehr abgewohnt und es fehlt grundsätzlich an einer Erneuerung der Einrichtung. Es muss nicht immer das Neueste sein aber Sauberkeit ist Pflicht.
Wer gerne in Hundehaaren sitzt und ein paar Leckerlies hinterm Bett mag, ist gut aufgehoben. Allgemein muss man sagen, dass es hygienisch sehr grenzwertig war.
Die obere Etage ist leider nur zu einem kleinen Teil nutzbar (Hinweis obere Galerie = ein Bett und ein Schrank). Diesen Bereich haben wir nach kurzer Inaugenscheinnahme aus hygienischen Gründen komplett gemieden. Der auf den Fotos gezeigte Balkon ist nicht zugänglich.
Den Gesamteindruck hat letztlich die "Reinigungsfirma" gänzlich zerstört und uns sehr "liebevoll" 5 vor 10 Uhr aus dem Haus begleitet...
Einzig die Nähe zum Greifswalder Bodden entschädigt ein wenig.

Wir vermieten hauptsächlich an Urlauber mit Haustieren, in der Regel an Katzen- und Hundehalter. Im Haus ist ein gewachster Naturboden aus Holz verlegt, Kratzer lassen sich bei den Vierbeinern leider nicht vermeiden. Nach jedem Urlauberwechsel erfolgt eine Reinigung, auch von Tierhaaren ect. Wir haben aufgrund der Kritik Rücksprache mit der Reinigungsfirma genommen. Damit der nächste Urlauber ein sauberes Haus vorfindet, wird mit der Reinigung um 10:00 Uhr begonnen, da bereits um 14:00 Uhr das Haus für den den nächsten Gast bereit stehen muss. Bei Anreise reklamierte Frau S. telefonisch bei mir ein verschmutztes Haus. Ich bot ihr sofort an, die Reinigungsfirma zu verständigen, was sie jedoch ablehnte. Der Anfrage von Frau S., zur Abreise dass Haus erst mittags zu räumen, konnte ich leider nicht zustimmen, da die Reinigungsarbeiten um 10:00 beginnen. Ich vermute, dass dies der ausschlaggebende Punkt war, diese Kritik öffentlich zu stellen.
Im Übrigen steht sehr wohl in der Beschreibung, dass der Balkon nicht nutzbar ist, ebenso, dass die Abreise bis 10:00 Uhr zu erfolgen hat.
Ich halte diese Bewertung für überzogen und unangemessen. Bisher waren meine Mieter zufrieden und so soll es auch bleiben. Darum möchte ich die vorangegengene Bewertung nicht unkommentiert stehen lassen.

Very relaxing holiday
- Super area (great holiday home settlement)
- lots of peace and quiet
- Natural beach
- Excursions by bike (Baltic Sea cycle path)
- Only lower floor to use (could have been told beforehand, we were looking forward to the great balcony!!!) Sad
- No wood for fireplace available (we could have known beforehand)
Otherwise, very relaxing, especially for holidaymakers with a dog!!!!!
