We offer you a central 140 square metre flat with 4 rooms and parquet flooring in an old historic apartment building near the famous CAFÉ NEW YORK. Around the corner you will find an old market hall and everything for your fridge. Even fresh cow and goat milk. The flat combines good taste and lifestyle and an incredible amount of space. It is very bright and located on the 4th floor with a view of the Statue of Liberty of Budapest. There is a lift.

The area around is full of life, an atmosphere that artists like Pablo Picasso or Cartier-Bresson would have loved.
Outside the door you can experience old Europe at its best. So you don't need to listen to a guidebook that tells you about the great past and extraordinary of the place. Its still there.

The historic market right next door is otherwise in Europe you will find a place like this with such a range and at these prices. Try the high quality unpantched honey and apricot jam from the farmers who sell their wares in the market in the morning. Best to come together with a freshly baked kifli. Don't forget the famous Hungarian salami either. It tastes best with yellow paprika. The cheese stand on the right side of the main entrance is excellent and offers homemade products and fresh milk, everything you can't get in Germany anymore. Ask for smoked cheese. If you take an empty glass bottle from our kitchen, the woman at the cheese stand will fill it up with fresh milk for you. She speaks English.
Across from the cheese stall, you can buy a famous yoghurt. The best I have ever tasted in my life. Also ask for kefir and Tudorudi rolls. These rolls filled with ricotta cheese and coated in chocolate will make you happy.
Our boutique flat is in a lively area. There are bars and restaurants, nightclubs and public transport right outside the front door. In a few minutes you can drive to one of the famous thermal baths or even walk to a nice cafe house. The famous Cafe New York is only a 5-minute walk away.
Café Csiga on the corner of the market hall is a good place for a cheap breakfast or a good night beer. Intellectuals and artists socialise here throughout the day. On the opposite side is a goulash restaurant - inexpensively delicious.
Start your day and just stroll through the streets. You will love it. The Danube river is about a 10-minute walk away. In this direction you will find nice little shops.
The flat has everything you need and is very tastefully decorated. You can see that best in the photos.

The flat has 3 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a large entrance area. All rooms are very bright, but can be darkened with blinds if desired. There is stucco on the ceilings and the flat exudes a positive stately atmosphere. Enjoy it.

A beautiful flat in the centre - perfect for any stay
Frank's flat is beautiful and very centrally located. From here, everything can be reached on foot or by tram. We spent a wonderful night here with friends (6 people in total). Comfortable beds, everything spotless, very nicely furnished, great old building flair. Really incredibly beautiful. Thank you for the great tips and the wonderful time for such a small price. Laura

A great flat in the centre
We were here with family and friends and booked a long weekend. It could have gone on a few days longer. The flat is very well equipped and very large. A beautiful old building with parquet flooring, high ceilings, stucco and beautiful furnishings. A really tasteful flat. It's easy to get everywhere from here. Either on foot or by public transport. Everything is close by. The beautiful old market hall has everything you need for the fridge. Frank is a super landlord who always answers everything quickly. We will be back again. THANKS
