Description
The Ferienhüsli (2x flats) is located between the southern Black Forest, the spa town of Bad Zurzach and Baden, near Zurich.
The Ferienhüsli each consists of a living room, bedroom and children's room (as extra bed), as well as a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub and shower option. All areas are equipped with underfloor heating. They have a separate entrance and their own, partly covered terrace. The window facade to the terrace can be opened completely.
The Ferienhüsli is located at the end of a dead-end street and your parking space is right outside your door.

For sporting activities there is a table tennis table and a meadow with further seating for relaxing. Next door is the well-maintained sports and playground of the municipality with grass and tartan surfaces for various sports activities (football, tennis, basketball etc).
There and also here you can use the fireplace for a campfire, enjoy a barbecue and enjoy nature.
In the neighbouring village, not far from the banks of the Rhine, there is a free swimming pool, a beautifully landscaped forest pool is nearby and several thermal baths in the area invite you to visit.
The holiday flat is located at the end of a traffic-free dead-end street and the new bicycle path starts directly at the property.

Siglistorf is surrounded by woods, meadows & lots of nature in the neighbouring valley of the Rhine in the southern Black Forest.
Nearby is the spa town of Bad Zurzach and Baden with its thermal baths, Zurich with all its charms and the Rhine Falls near Schaffhausen are also not far away!

In a short time, you can feel the pulse of the largest Swiss metropolis, Zurich, by public transport. In addition to its lakeside location with a view of the snow-capped Alps, Zurich offers over 150 museums, galleries, cathedrals & the zoo, as well as a unique shopping experience for international labels and urban Swiss artists
Countless cafés, clubs, bars and other venues round out the diverse offerings for the later hours of the day as well. Not forgetting the street festivals such as Zürifest, Caliente and many more
The beautifully situated town of Baden offers an interesting historic town centre, a wide range of cultural activities and the unique mineral-rich thermal springs (highest Swiss total mineralisation of 4450mg/l at °C, Aquae Helveticae), as well as the Grand Casino Baden and the Teddy Bear Museum, which is well worth a visit.
Whether on foot or by bike along the idyllic Oberrheinthal hiking trail (or by public transport) to Bad Zurzach. The town attracts visitors with its thermal baths including a spa and medical wellness centre, the castle with its important collection of Swiss clocks, the castle ruins and other historical buildings. In the Reuenthal Fortress Museum and Swiss Military Museum Full, the King Tiger is presented and in the neighbouring German border town of Waldshut there is a lively market hustle and bustle with antique, flea and weekly markets in a historical ambience.
Of course, the listed town of Kaiserstuhl, right on the banks of the Rhine, has its own charms, and the picturesque town of Regensberg with its castle, upper and lower castle, must be included in your tour. The Mammoth Museum in Niederwenningen is directly on the way.
Every summer weekend, a nostalgic steam train, the Sauschwänzlebahn, runs from Schaffhausen/ Blumberg through the beautiful Wutach valley and awaits you.
You can take a Rhine boat trip to the Schaffhausen Rhine Falls, enjoy a wine tasting, marvel at the alpine roses, sample the different varieties in a show dairy, ride in a hot air balloon, often marvel at a vintage car rally, visit a monastery, show mine or Augusta Raurica - there is much to discover. Aargau is the Swiss canton with the most castles and palaces.
You can take day trips to Bern, Zug, Schwyz, Lucerne, St. Moritz, Lake Constance or Lake Lucerne, the Grindelwald Glacier Garden, the Rapperswil-Jona Rosengarten, the Säntis Massif or the Seven Princes of Chur along with Flumserberg, Heidiland, the high mountains to Andermatt & Gotthard, the Matterhorn, Eger, Mönch & Jungfrau and enjoy the snow even in summer. Or visit the Bürgenstock, the Marian place of pilgrimage Einsiedeln, take the train to the Rigi or buy an original Swiss watch or officer's knife after visiting the production!

For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

We, 3 ladies
were in Switzerland (ZURICH) on business,
but we always feel most comfortable in a holiday flat.
We felt at home with the Wichtrey family.
It was warm, clean and cosy. Nothing was missing.
Since we had to leave early in the morning and arrived in the evening in the dark, we could not see much of the surroundings.
But the peace and quiet after work and away from the hustle and bustle was very good.
Our landlords were very nice.
We will come if it works out again,
